This beautiful oceanfront condominium has an unobstructed ocean surf view. You are at ground level. It is next to Honokeana cove, home to the giant sea turtles. It is one of Maui's best snorkeling spots. The living coral and sea life are abundant here. Napili Bay, considered one of the best beaches in the world, is a short walk away along an oceanfront trail. This beach is great for surfing, boogie and skim boarding. Sun bathing is not too bad either. You can see the Humpback whales jump out of the water during the mating season from our lanai. Our Condo was recently remodeled and redecorated. The kitchen have new granite counters, new hardwood with glass door cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. The vanity has a new granite counter with SS vessel. The bathroom walls are re-tiled with porcelain/travertine, European style shower stall with approved ADA grab bars. The gas BBQ's and picnic tables are nearby and very convenient for outdoor cooking.

Guest Comments: What a great Maui vacation we had and your Napii condo made it that more special. Some of our best memories were the great snorkeling we had right out in front in Honokeana Cove, Napili Bay and right up the road at Kapulua Bay. We saw so many turtles and colorful sea life, the snorkeling was truly amazing! We did so much on the island but every day we ended with a fantastic sunset on the lanai with our family and a fresh grilled dinner. Your condo has one of the locations in the complex, as it is close to the pool, the grills, and the views of the ocean, sunset and Molokini. The unit itself is very nice with all the upgrades, the A/C, high speed Internet for a fee, comfortable bed, and traveling with kids, the washer/dryer is a must. Thanks again for making your place available as we're already looking forward to our return. 10/12/06

Stunning views, wonderful diving

The setting of this property is perhaps its best attribute. You can pay two, three or four times as much in Hawaii and not get a view as good as this one. The diving is perhaps the best we have ever experienced in the islands, and it is right out the front door. Getting into the ocean requires patience and skill, especially at low tide, but the turtles are always present and the configuration of the bay keeps the waters relatively calm. It was quiet the week we were there, but during full occupancy I suspect the pools get full as they are relatively small. Our unit was very functional, but be sure to know the air conditioning unit is only in the bedroom. The sun shines directly into the unit and on a hot day the unit warms up a lot. The owner has supplied plenty of fans. Also, if you want a sandy beach, you have to walk around the point to Napili Bay or further to Kapalua Bay, both great beaches.

Our condo faces west, so the sun does shine in the afternoon, that's way we have the sun shade. Sitting in your lanai, you can enjoy the awesome sunsets though!! A view that other condos do not have. Paradise!

We stayed for one week in this marvelous condo that is right in the heart of paradise! Saw multiple rainbows and sunsets that we will never forget. Location is perfect - The host was available and quickly answered any questions that were unforeseen. Will definitely be back..........Mahalo

We had a great time staying at the condo and look forward to returning. The condo is perfect for 2 people. The pictures are totally accurate. It was spotless when we arrived and fully provisioned. Millard was terrific in his communications and all arrangements were professional and orderly. The views are gorgeous. We snorkeled with the turtles every morning and were minutes from a spectacular beach. It was a terrific vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is a nice quite place to be with great snorkeling. I fell in love with the turtles.
The owners Millard and Shirley are great to work with, so I never had a worry about coming to stay there.

Lovely One Bedroom Condo

This is the second year we have rented this particular condo. We like it because it is up in Napili away from all the busy madness in Lahaina and Kaanapali. There are great restaurants close by like Merrimans. The snorkeling is fantastic with sea turtles in the bay right outside of the condo. The condo is modern inside with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The bed is a comfortable king and the bedroom is air conditioned. The complex has two pools with one very close to the condo, literally a just a few steps away. It is a great place to relax and recharge. We look forward to returning here again.

This condo was great, very comfy, as expected from the advertised pictures. Just walking down to the entrance, the view was awesome. Having the A/C was really helpful for sleeping in the summer (June). We stayed eight nights. Have no complaints for the condo. Only complaint for t/v watching is we had to watch the commercials. Great snorkeling in the bay fronting the condo (rocky entrance) and from Kapalua Beach just to the north (easy sandy entrance). Close to shops and restaurants. Read the paper and had breakfast on the patio every morning (cause the view was so fantastic). Cheers, Carl

Wonderful Condo

My wife and I stayed at this condo for the last part of our first trip to Maui in April. It could not have been better. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in beautiful shape. Snorkeling in the cove with the giant turtles was absolutely incredible - make sure you try it! The pool is close - but not too close, & beach is just a short, scenic walk away. The complex was very quiet and peaceful during the evening/night. Drinking coffee on the lanai every morning, while looking out at the ocean, with Lanai and Molokai off in the distance, just melted any residual stress away. The beautiful rainbow we saw across the bay one morning was just icing on the cake. This was our best vacation ever. It was very difficult to leave for home after our stay here. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay while in Maui, and won't hesitate to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to make another trip to Maui. (Make sure that you check out the Fried Rice breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant in the complex next door you won't regret it.)

Just a note to thank you for the use of your condo. My husband and I had perhaps the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken in my (considerable) years of life. The apartment had everything we ever needed and then some...the grounds were lovely, and the Hawaiian land and seascapes absolutely magnifecent. Our stressful decisions included whether to snorkle in the bay, or swim off the beach (hard living). Truly NP A-21 was an excellent choice for a memorable 2 weeks.
