Perfect Getaway Home!

We have just returned from our vacation at the Tuscany Villa in Henderson. What can we say that has not already been said by previous customers?
The home is located in a fabulous neighborhood which is spotlessly clean, exceptionally quiet and very safe. That was our prime consideration for renting.
The local casino Green Valley Ranch is just a 10 minute walk away as is the District. I-215 is close by and The Strip / Airport is about 10 minutes away. The shopping malls are all within easy reach.
The home is situated within a guard gated community and is secure 24/7.
There is a communal swimming pool which was excellent and was within a 2 minute stroll from Steve’s villa. It was perfect for a spot of relaxation. The home is so well equipped that large size pool towels were available.
The house itself is in a fabulous location, and was even better than the photographs shown on the website. It was well equipped and may I say thoughtfully equipped.. The sound system is awesome.
In the rear yard there was a table and chairs which was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine in the morning. There is also a balcony for sitting out especially in the evening,
The wi fi internet connection was excellent so even if your trip is combining business and pleasure you are able to keep in touch via e mail.
The home has everything we needed and does not feel like a rental nor like some else’s home, perfectly balanced. Why anyone would want to stay in a hotel when there is such an excellent alternative in this home is beyond me. A big bonus for me was the washer / drier, means that you can pack less for your trip and leaves more room in the luggage to haul home the goodies!
Steve was an exceptional host and went out of his way to help and assist us, how many hotels would do the same? Nothing was too much trouble. He is a gentleman of the first order who really went out of his way for us. We really appreciated his help.
Steve recommended using Smiths Grocery Store. We also ate at PF Changs, Sette Bello, and Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ all very close by. We also went over to GVR and my personal favorite, the original Pancake House 10/10. They serve everything in a lovely setting with great service. We did not miss being on or close to the Strip. It was very relaxing.
In conclusion I would highly recommend this property, for comfort, location and the back up of an excellent owner who I believe would be hard to beat. Thanks again Steve.

Best place to stay in Las Vegas/Henderson

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful 3 week vacation staying at the Tuscany Villa townhouse. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. It has all of the ammenities you could possibly need to provide the ideal home from home. The master bedroom was a delight with double sized walk in shower. Washing machine and dryer - a must with a young baby! Wireless broadband and stereo sound playable in each room. All of the facilities were in excellent working condition.
The property was extremely well maintained and clean. Steve was the perfect host and was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed with our 7 month old daughter and had no difficulties in settling her during our stay and were delighted to see her taking her first steps using the baby walker Steve had provided.
The communal pool area is kept clean and well maintained and is just a short walk from the townhouse. Security is very good and it felt like a very safe area day and night. There is a community park also just a short walk down the road from the guard gated entrance which was far better than any parks we have in our own local area.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Cheescake Factory which was approximately 10-15 minutes walk away in the Green Valley district area. The Green Valley Ranch Resort is also in close proximity to the home and has wonderful facilities, shops, restaurants and had in our opinion one of the nicer casino's in Las Vegas.
The strip is approximately 10 minutes drive away with some fantastic hotels and places to visit including Freemont Street (a must see). We would also highly recommend taking a boat trip out on to Lake Mead which is approximately 20-30 minutes drive away.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough and after a long flight from the UK to arrive at such a wonderful destination was well worth the journey with a young baby.

Excellent trip! We just returned from Easter spring break from our very 1st trip to Vegas with our son. We're frequent travelers - the condo was above our expectations!
Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, very spacious, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor barbecue great for grilling.. and even a pool table. Very nice and quiet and only a short drive to the strip in a safe location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing too, after our busy sightseeing trips.
Vegas was kid friendly with all sorts of sightseeing to do, besides gambling. Short trip to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Day trip to the Grand Canyon. Many of the hotels have great sights for kids - Circus Circus Adventuredome, ,Bellagio fountains and Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay. The Beatles Love Circue du Soleil show was amazing and great for kids.
Steve and Lucy are excellent hosts. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great memories of Vegas!

Had the most positive stay, Place is great, clean, beds are very comfortable, just like being at home, kitchen was very well set up, lots of space & very child friendly. great location,nice & quiet, would stay there again in a second,lots of places to go visit, close to everything, even the strip, Steve the owner is fantastic, was so helpful getting us to the house, We will go back again next year,

This property exceeded our expectations - was even more fabulous than the description! The owner went above and beyond in getting us settled in upon arrival (THANK YOU again Steve:) and the property was well maintained and clean. The location was perfect - close enough to the strip, yet located in a beautiful, safe community that was peaceful and quiet. I took young children on the vacation, and it was PERFECT for a family vacation. Would highly recomment this property to friends and family, and would love to return in the future for another fabulous vacation.

Absolutely Perfect;
Steve I wanted to thank you for the most beautiful
property in all of our vacation rentals. And we
utilize vacation homes at least 6 times a year and
your is the best by far. The pictures you have
posted do not do the property justice, The Tuscany
Villa is Absolutely Perfect. When we arrived the
music in the house was the great touch and the
volume controls in each room is very cool, the tv's
with dvd in each room was great also.
The amenities in the kitchen are fantastic with
exceptional dish ware to everything you need to
prepare a tasteful dinner. And the beds are so
comfortable we all had a great nights sleep, they
where heavenly.
I also loved the fact we where only a 5 minute walk
to a great resort that had fantastic dining, shopping
nightclub and even a beautiful casino where I won
a little $$ while the kids took in a movie there. Oh
and the kids are excited as well, they can't stop
talking about the cool parks next to the property,
they had a blast.
Steve we will be returning in a few months and look
forward to staying at The Tuscany Villa. Steve we
have a few friends that wish to join us in the future,

Good sized place, comfortable, clean. The area is great, plenty of restaurants, shopping, Green Valley Casino is great and its an easy drive to the strip.

Thanks, Steve, for offering your great town home for our vaction last October. It felt just like being home while conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping, and, of course, gambling spots. I highly recommend this fabulous location just a short walk to the wonderful pool which we could relax at each day. The home is beautifully decorated and immaculate! Steve is most wonderful to work with and hope we can come and stay again real soon.

Very Comfortable and the beds are better than my personal mattress, very nice.
The home has been wired for complete sound in every room with volume controls in each room. All the furniture is new including the tv's with dvd player in every bedroom.
Steve you have done an outstanding job making this one of the finest vacation homes's I have ever stayed in. The District and Green Valley Ranch area is perfect for family and my next business trip.
I would recommend you home to anyone even a client or close friend, very clean.
