Aloha! We had a wonderful time in Kona............the condo was very
clean and comfortable.......we loved being so close to Kahalu'u
Reef........snorkeled every day.
The shower was fine.............the courtyard entrance was under going
refurbishing? or re-modeling............so was kinda cluttered (dead
stove & refrig outside our door)
paint cans, tarps, etc
The pool area was great,
We are already planning our next trip.
It was a pleasure dealing with you.

one week not long enough

stayed here for a week with my family (6) it was perfect offered everything we needed. Use of boogie boards chairs and coolers for the beach was super helpful! Kitchen gave us what we needed for each meal. Beds were great as both my husband and I have back issues and debated taking our own pillows. Never had a problem!! Clean pleasant and ideally located, not too close to the business of Kona but close enough to pop over(5 minute drive)awesome sunsets from Kahalu'u beach right across the street. One week is really not enough time! =D would recommend

We hastely planned our vacation to Kona. This condo was perfect. Even though we overloaded it with 6 people, including 2 children, there was plenty of room. It was close to some fabulous snorkeling and magic sands beach. The unit does have a limited selection of snorkeling equipment, towels and beach mats.
It's a ground floor unit so in and out was easy. We didn't spend the day in the condo so a view wasn't that important. The pool area has a great view of the beach and ocean if that is what you require. The parking is right outside so unloading and loading the car was a breeze. Property manager was very accomodating. The pool and common area was a plus benefit. I think we grilled most nights and dined outside observing the sunsets. The Costco and Walmart are a fair distance, but the solitude of this condo away from the touristy part of Kona was a bonus.
We look forward to our next trip the The Big Island and would definitley consider this condo.
