Great location, great rental

Just got back from a wonderful stay in Virginia Beach! The weather was perfect along with the house! We had all the comforts of home and even though we rented a car you really don't need to. Everything is within walking distance and if you forget anything there is a 7-11 right next door. Owners provide all beach necessity's, chairs, toys, umbrellas,coolers etc....House is very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend.

The pictures of the rooms don't do them justice. It was a lovely place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, the aquarium, and boardwalk. Parking can be a little hairy but you really don't need to drive anywhere since everything is so close. I also suggest using paper plates, cups, etc. It saved time and money. The owners were available if you needed to call them and the neighbors in the other units were just as friendly. My kids (3 & 22 months) had a wonderful time. If you have small children you may want to bring a baby gate since you'll be on the 2nd floor. We are already considering renting again for next year!

The place was just like it was describe in it details. Clean, well-maintained, one short block walking distance to beach. Restaurants and attractions all in walking distance. Met with owner great person, attentive to any other needs we had. Highly recommend this property to family and friend.

This was a nice unit, it was an upstairs unit versus a seperate house or cottage. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for the four of us and all our stuff, quiet location and only a walk up the street to the beach and boardwalk and all the activities! This was the first time we rented instead of staying at a hotel and we would do this again in a heartbeat! Not having to deal with neighbors on either side of you and above and below you with loud noise was great. Also it was great to not have to haul our stuff up elevators and down long hallways. Owners are incredibly easy to work with and were very friendly and helpful. They offer many things to borrow including beach chairs and umbrellas that saves you money as well. I would suggest bringing paper plates, cups and silverware so you dont have to do dishes after every meal but it saved us SO much money to eat breakfast and lunch at the house every day versus eating out with kids at every meal! Tastefully decorated yet nothing that our two and four year old could get into and break. We would have never needed to use our vehicle except for some sight seeing and we parked right out front of our door.
