This house was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, nice amenities, close to the beach and a great price! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and responded to emails quickly. There are beach items available at the house, so there's no need to lug all of that stuff with you in the car. All we had to bring were our linens. Thanks for helping our first "big" family vacation to be a great one! We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

This unit is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and sun-room are up approximately 17 stairs. It was properly cleaned and well-maintained. The owner is very accommodating, very friendly, and goes out of his way to make your stay a good one. The beach is approximately a block and a half away, which was very convenient. The bedroom window faces east so the sunlight comes in early in the mornings - which was helpful in getting us up and going in the mornings. We visited our sons who live in the Norfolk area which was only 20 minutes away, making this a convenient place to stay. There is on street parking (with a placard provided by the owner) and a driveway for overflow visitor parking. Thanks, Jon, for all you did to make our stay alot of fun.

This is as close as you can get to the beach without staying in one of the giant hotels. Instead you get a quiet homey atmosphere with a full kitchen, nice beds, and easy parking, for no real loss of convenience.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. We had one issue with plumbing; the owner came over promptly and fixed it.

Virginia Beach is a blast. We'll definitely come back, and when we do we'll stay here.

This condo was very clean and well cared for! The decor is nice and the description is right on. On site parking is a huge plus and you truly are a very short walk to everything on the Boardwalk!

The cleaning lady was around the property regularly and very pleasant. We found the beach gear for our use a wondeful extra! The laundry facility is nice.

If you plan on "hanging out" in the condo and you have more than two adults you may want to consider the downstairs unit. This unit has a sun room with a futon and TV but its pretty narrow. We found it comfortable for the few short hours we were actually in the condo in the evenings but a larger group may want a bigger space.

The bedrooms had a lot of light coming in and it was somewhat hard to sleep because of that, but the owner has already told me he will be getting darking blinds and drapery.

The owner was also available by phone anytime we needed anything and at the location occassionally.

The location is also right behind a gas station that has quite a bit of traffic in the evenings, but it slows down well before getting "late." You can tell the owner has done just about everything you can do to seperate the property from the traffic, including a very nice privacy fence. You're going to find this anywhere close to the Boardwalk so we expected a lot of foot traffic.

We had a good time in Virginia Beach and would say the best place to visit is Busch Gardens in Williamsburg. Don't miss it!

If you are coming with small children you will want to be sure to ask the owner to leave the baby gate for you. There are quite a few stairs up to the living space and it would be dangerous without a gate. We have a 2 year old and we were comfortable with the gate in place.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time and especially liked having only a two block walk to the beach. Owners were VERY accomodating and let us check in early so we could assist with the wedding plans that we were in town for. The place is cozy but we were 3 adults and a 9 year old and we did fine. Looking to book this again for the spring or the summer!

We really felt at home here! This place is so cozy. Virginia Beach is great, but make sure you wear sunscreen! I love it!

We are from Virginia originally, but have been living in Sunny Seattle for many years now!! It was nice to come home for a week, but I miss the 75* weather!!

What a wonderful place to spend our time during our championship dance competition! It was so nice to stay close to the beach, and be with our friends. It's much better than a high rise hotel. Your house is very beautiful. The mattress's were very comfortable! Thank you so much for letting us stay here while we were at the dance competition. The view was wonderful.
