Just returned from a stay in this home and everything was perfect! It is exactly as pictured and very clean. I had my 3 children and it was great because they each had their own bedroom. The pool area overlooks a lake and I felt very safe as the community is gated. Under 15 minutes to EPCOT and about 15-20 minutes to SEAWORLD. I would definitely revisit and the owner was super accessible and accommodating! You will not be disappointed and the price is RIGHT!

This was a great place to stay during our vacation. All the rooms were a nice size and clean and the kids loved the pool right out of the sliding doors. It also was close to Disney and off a main road where you can find almost anything to eat or do. We really could have spent a few days there just relaxing without even going to any theme parks and been happy. It was also stress free in dealing with the owners, they made the experience so much more inviting. My family and I would defintely stay there again on our next trip to Florida!

Wonderful villa

We enjoyed a two-week stay in this home! It was as promised: very clean, lots of room, everything to help us enjoy our visit. All directions were spot on, easy to follow. Steve and Laree thought of everything for our comfort. The location was so quiet, yet minutes away from stores, restaurants, and most important, Disney World. The VERY BEST feature for us was the pool; the first week we just lay around the pool in the sun - very relaxing. The second week, Orlando set record low temps!
From my first inquiry about the home to the last email when we arrived back in Ohio, Laree answered me immediately. We had a medical emergency and couldn't arrive for the initial week we had reserved. Laree was helpful, understanding, and did whatever she could to help us.
My grandson marched in the afternoon Disney parade (Greenville High School, Pennsylvania) on March 27. It was a treat to leave Disney at night and arrive at a welcoming home only minutes later. And if one likes seafood as we do, we recommend the Bonefish Grill. We ate two delicious meals there.
All in all, we would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway, a very clean home that is well kept. We thank them for sharing their home with us.

"Outstanding" (5 stars)
Its often difficult to write a review about somewhere that is so good, as you feel like you want to keep it to yourself and be sure you can get it again when you return to the area. But I just can't keep this place for ourselves, others need to experience the excellent accomodations and Laree is an owner who goes way above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Lovely property well maintained and great layout of accomodations to suit a party of adults or mixed group with children. I just hope Sunset Vista is available next time we visit Kissimmee...thanks again to Laree for all the extra help and advice.

One word describes this beautiful Villa...Outstanding!! Everything from the house, to the pool to the location was perfect!! The amenities, where great, they house was perfect when we arrived, and the tips Laree gave us all worked out great. We had such a great time, we will be back again, and I am recommending as much as I can. So fortunate to have been able to stay in such a great place, thank you Laree & Steve!!

This is the second time my family has stayed in this home. Both times we were impressed with the home and location. The owners are very quick to respond to any concern and very helpful making a vacation simple. We are looking forward to the next time we can visit Orlando and this home.

Everything about this vacation home was great! House was clean, and ready to start our vacation. The home made up feel like home...with added luxury (the pool, the lake, close to shopping and entertainment) Great location and beautiful neighborhood. The best part my family enjoyed was taking a day and relaxing at the pool, while enjoying the beautiful lake. My kids loved seeing the ducks and jumping fish in the lake.

The villa is much roomier inside than it looks to be from the outside. It is very niceley decorated and very homey. We had a great time and would rent this one again. The managment was very friendly and helpful when we called with questions. And the owners are also just as friendly. This is a great choice!

Great Vacation Home so close to Disney

We stayed at Laree's house for a week with our 3 year old, 8 month old, 3 adults and our two small dogs. We have stayed at other rental homes in the past but this one was by far the best. It is sooo close to Disney World (Animal Kingdom was less than 5 minutes away). The location is the best. It allows you to go to the parks and come home for a nap if you need to. The lake was gorgeous and we even had some wildlife birds visit us which was an added bonus. The subdivision has sidewalks throughout which was great to walk our dogs. The home has everything you need and more. We brought our 8 month old and they had a high chair and crib/play pen which saved us from bringing those. It also has a huge two master suites and Dish Network TV which allowed me to record my favorite shows while we were at the parks. The pool is wonderful although we didn't use it much as our kids are young. Laree was wonderful and you won't be sorry choosing this house for your vacation!! We will be booking it again in the future!

Relaxation Vacation......Who could ask for more!

Hi Laree & Steve,
We had a blast during our stay in kissimmee, and your home made it all more relaxing, we have been coming to kissimmee and Disney area for 10 years, staying in the parks, hotels and condo rentals, BUT this is the first time that all three kids wanted to be at home more than going out, don't get me wrong we love the parks, thats why we come back, BUT i know it was due to the relaxing location, wildlife visitors and space in the home that had us enjoying our time. It's always and added bonus when we can bring our four legged family members Chewey & Nina and they were very comfortable as well. Upon returning home we did go thru "relaxation vacation withdrawal", and a lot of it had to due with our stay in Sunset Lakes, which is only MINUTES away from everything that anyone would come to Kissimmee for. Thanks again for everything,we hope the next family will be as pleased as were are.
