The 2 levels of this air-conditioned, 1500 sq ft condo can be left open to each other, or locked off for privacy and used as 2 separate units - a perfect setup for sharing accommodations. Each level has 1 bedroom with queen-sized bed, newly renovated full bathroom, & living room/dining area with cable TV. Queen sleeper/sofa & a futon comfortably accommodate four more. Lower level has a woodstove (firewood provided in winter) & a full kitchen with dishwasher. Also washer & dryer. Upper level has kitchenette & a doorwall off the living area that opens to its own private balcony. Enjoy the swimming pool right across from condo. Or walk onto the back deck & enjoy the view overlooking the second green of the Schuss Mountain golf course in summer, or the groomed cross-country ski trails in winter. Numerous downhill ski slopes and golf courses to choose from. Scenic walking/biking trail through the woods leads to Schuss Village and the amenities of the resort. Beach & boating on Lake Bellaire

This condo was very nice and I was impressed with the updated bathrooms, appliances and it was very clean. Our group of 4 adults found lots of sites to see and had plenty of time for swimming, golf and tennis.
Stayed here the last week of Aug. and the weather cooperated beautifully. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation site or a great site seeing trip.
One and a half hour drive to Mackinac Island was a great one day trip as well as a trips to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, winery tours, a castle tour and a day at a casino.
Great Vacation and Shari and Joe were very helpful with any questions that we had.

Great location, perfect family getaway

We were very pleased with the condo! It was perfect for our family of five. The split design was perfect...our teenagers enjoyed the semi-privacy of having their own sleeping quarters. The condo was nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. We will definately be back. Joe & Shari were a pure pleasure to do business with...I highly recommend the condo, you will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved this condominium! We found it to be immaculent, comfortable, and the owners were so very kind. This condo is great for two couples, extended family, or a family like ours, one child and two friends! We were lacking for absolutely nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped - the scenery is excellent! We are hoping to get this condo every year for winter break! What a perfect get-a-way property!

Shari & Joe,
I just wanted to thank you for making our recent vacation one of the best yet. It was like staying in a brand new condo with your recent renovations. The bathrooms were most impressive, as well as the kitchen with new countertops and appliances. The decor was neutral and relaxing. The view of the golf course was breathtaking. It was nice to have the upper and lower levels. Everyone was very comfortable with the accomodations. Sitting out on the deck in the morning having coffee was so relaxing with the beautiful trees and the birds chirping. How peaceful.
It was great that the golf courses were so close (right outside the doorwall!). The scenery was gorgeous for biking/walking/hiking. The quaint shops in town were fun to explore, as well as the restaurants.
Next time we want to come when the weather is warm to take advantage of the complex's swimming pool as well as go canoeing and fishing.
Both of you were so accommodating and a pleasure to meet. Thank you again for everything. We will be recommending this property to our friends and family. We will be back for sure!

Joe and Shari-We loved staying in your beautiful condo, it is so clean and bright! The updates are great and we really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it is- and the view of the 2nd hole of the golf course is beautiful and being so close to the pool was so convenient with our 3 children. thanks again and we would love to rent again!
