exceptional value for the space

Now I understand why your calender is so full. The house is well maintained, clean and lots, lots of space. Mom and Dad insisted on a fire every night (lots of wood) so we didn't need to buy it like in previous rentals Dad took the kids down daily for fishing in the boat, and Mom and I took off to Cripple Creek twice; no luck, but a great time. Massive home with lots of space for the children to play, and witnessed the deer strolling through every morning. Views were spectacular, and have recommended to friends in Tacoma. We didn't need out of state fishing license nor the poles which was extra pleasant since we flew in to COS. Dad is planning a man retreat next summer!!
Owner's Response: We always appreciate reviews and thank you for taking the time to make one on our property. Glad we made a wonderful impression, and your Dad already booked his "man retreat"=)
Thank you,
Dave and Cathy

house is immaculately maintained as stated. Appreciate the excellent customer service and prompt call back to questions. Seven falls was a treat for a day, and the Royal Gorge spectacular. Not enough time up here in the Mountains!!!

we brought our two grandchildren and had the best time. Layout was extra spacious and excellent customer service. Had no problems, and highly recommended. Our favorite was the wolf park in Florissant, but three days was not sufficient to see all that this area had to offer. Thank you, Grace and Herb

pride of ownership shows, and loved the area! We spent a couple of days hiking this valley along with exploring the pikes peak region. Mini store down the road a couple of miles allowed us to pick up some items that we forgot. Highly recommend to family and friends and plan to come back next May, thank you for information and welcome packets on this area allowing better planning for our group.

We had plenty of room for our church group. And appreciate you renting your other home since we had 30 in our group. We gathered here during the day and love the area. Grateful for the affordable winter rates, thank you for your help in planning a great retreat!!Serena, Love in Christ

kitchens had enough of everything to provide large meals. We didn't get to do everything we wanted but the layout of the house allowed us to catch up with lots to eat and space to chat. Plenty of towels, massive den, computer for the "guys", couldn't ask for a better get away. Wood galore, we had no complaints but not enough time,

we were concerned we couldn't find a nice spacious house for the price, our group of 18 had an amazing time and will book for our next winter retreat here. Kind, and customer oriented with prompt replies to questions prior to our arrival. Neat and maintained. Layout with extra single rollaways was appreciated. Thank you and highly recommended for family and retreats!! Tina P

Our group found nothing wrong with your home. Views, clean, washer and dryer on site for the children. We had all the requirements for a wonderful family gathering. Plenty of dishes, pots for lots of food for our group, silverware, plates, etc.....we couldn't get enough of the views. Walked the lake daily and only made it once to the National Forest.
Owner's Response: thank you, we take great pride in our home and always encourage feed back from our families that have come over the last few years. Yes, the area is vast and beautiful and even a week isn't enough to take in all the attractions,

Clean, wonderful can't say enough about your house. Lots of space, and the wild life added to the feel of the mountainous enviroment. Took many photos of the area and so many to choose from our reunion to Colorado.

We get together once a year from Brooklyn College, and have to say that this was a wonderful home and amazing views. Every morning deer, and plenty of space for all. We were close to Cripple Creek, Woodland Park and enjoyed the Air Force Academy. Our week wasn't long enough to see and do everything we wanted, Kitchens had everything that we needed, and the two microwaves assisted in this massive gathering, thanks for sharing your home Cave of the Winds and Garden of the Gods was moving and had hoped to get to the Royal Gorge but ran out of time. Nice layout, accurate property description and customer service exceptional. We will come back with a couple of additional friends,
