Our fully furnished Pacific Beach home is a newly remodeled two bedroom, hardwood floor, craftsman design with fenced yard. The completed re-model and upgrade gives you the fresh feel of a new home, with the comfortable charm of the beach area. The tropical landscaped, manicured yards and patio area are the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening BBQ’s. Professionally decorated, our PB home offers character and appeal.
Included Items: We supply Beach bikes, Boogie Boards, Surf Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrella - all included in the rental package. Consider the savings of not having to rent these items!!!
We are San Diego Natives who have grown up in the beach area. Dennis grew up in our houses in Ocean Beach. We decided to buy in Pacific Beach as the area is a bustling fun beach community, close to so much shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. All of our kids are connected to the beach, from Junior Lifeguards to San Diego Lifeguards at one time or another. Our youngest, who is in college, still surfs daily.
Because we love the beach, the beach community, and the people associated with it, we chose another beach house. We like the unique architecture of the house, its warmth and comfort. We have since spent considerable time up grading and updating our home. Its a great home to use to get away, yet has all of the conveniences you would need.
We love the secluded backyard that is surrounded with beautiful palm trees, bamboo, and a nectarine tree! Being close to everything and bikes too, makes our house a better than a hotel

Wonderful Vacation Property
It was so nice to be able to take our dogs out for walks in the neighborhood and meet lots of other canine neighbors. Don't k know who enjoyed it more, them or us. But it's a very nice, clean, dog friendly neighborhood.
The cottage was also so convenienly located for all our day trips. We visited the San Diego Zoo (always a fun excursion), Old Town and our new favorite the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla. Lots of good dining especially the grilled Mahi Mahi tacos at the Pacific Beach Bar and Grill.

"What a relaxing and wonderful home away from home.You thought of everything a person might need and more ! Bicycles, Beach towels, New Patio Chairs, DVDs, Cds, Washer & Dryer, Chenille throw, all above and beyond.
The beach was so close by and the bike trail provided many hours of enjoyment.
We are so glade we found you on the internet. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. We will recommend the bungalows to our family and friends back in Illinois."
