Words can not express or describe what an amazing property this is! My husband and I came with friends for an extended weekend and could not have asked for more. The home was clean, impeccably decorated, spacious, and offered every possible amenity. It is also in a very convenient location....close to anywhere you would want to go, but far enough off the strip to offer peace and quiet when needed. By day we were able to relax by the pool/spa, and by night enjoy the sites and nightlife. This property is a great value....reasonably priced....with prompt and responsive customer service by the owners. We will definitely be back.....and highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience. In fact....once you stay, you will be so spoiled you won't be able to experience Vegas any other way!!

I must say that my group was amazed from the moment we walked in the door. This is a beautiful spacious house with many amenities. Our group consisted of four couples and each one of us had our own bathrooms which was a plus. The kitchen was very spacious and came with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are several major chain and local stores located within minutes which was a plus if we needed to run and get something.

The men fell in love with the surround sound that was throughout the house and even in the backyard. There was also a pool table that kept them entertained as well. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quite.

There were instructions left for us to operate the surround sound and pool. We did run into a slight issue with the pool but were helped with the local contacts he left for us, which I was truly grateful for.

I would recommend this property for groups staying due to the fact that the house is so roomy you will not feel like you are crowded. We have already decided that in the future we will be staying here again. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home.

i would like to personally thank you for giving me and my friends the opportunity to have the beest weekend in vegas ever!!. the house was spectacular and was 10x better than we imagined!! having the house was so much better than a hotel. thank you very much and i will be requesting this again as soon as we can!!! 5 stars!!

This luxury home is a great way to enjoy Las Vegas. Minutes from the strip, enjoy the bling of Vegas in your own private mansion. This is our third visit, and we will be back to this clean, open and roomy home that we call our own when in Vegas. This home is a real treat, yet very reasonable!

Thank you for our 3rd visit to our wonderful Vegas Home! Once again it was clean, beautiful and perfectly placed off the strip. Our daughters love the 5 bedrooms, 3 floors, heated pool, and proximity to all Vegas has to offer. We love it here, and have a hard time finding such a great value anywhere else, so much to do, never enough time. The new "M" casino down the block was fun for all of us as well, with a great spa, bakery and restaurant. Great place, great value for families, and friends who enjoy Vegas Baby! We'll be back next spring. Thank You.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The home was better than described and everyone was quite comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood not too far from strip, but far enough away to escape the crowds, noise, etc. If and when we go back, we will definitely look into renting this place again.

Overall the house was very nice. it was clean and well maintained with plenty of room. We went with 4 guys and it was perfect for a golf weekend. The one reason we did pick this house was because it had a heated pool. We wanted to hang in the yard after golf and chill in the pool. the problem was, the pool was too chilly. We went in the middle of October and the rules posted in the house did not allow the pool to be heated at this time of year?? If we did, it would have been a $300 upcharge. You would think it would be the best time of the year to heat the pool? We were unable to use the pool the entire time we were there and this was a major dissapointment. It should be more specific in the house profile as to when the pool is heated.

We stayed at this house in mid summer 2010 for a short stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It was VERY clean, neat, well decorated and equiped better than our own home! The pool and spa were a hit with the family and myself. I would recommend this house to anyone.
