We just got back from staying in this house. It is a great location. 10 min. or less from Sundance ski resort, and 10 min. from grocery shopping and restaurants, etc.. You can't beat the price. We would have spent more on a Hotel. House is very clean and well equipped. Lots of parking too. We were able to have family and friends visit. Tons of chairs and outside picnic tables. Also an outdoor fireplace. It is a short walking distance to Vivian park where the kids can fish for trout. Beds were comfortable. The decor is very "Grandma's Cabin".
Overall, we loved our stay there. We would definitely rent it again!

We had a wonderful experience at the cabin and would definitely visit again. It is clean, comfortable, in great condition, and in the perfect setting. The backyard backs to a fast moving creek that provides the relaxing sound of rushing water. Vivian park sits right at the base of the mountains, so you are surrounded by beautiful views in every direction. We hiked up to a waterfall straight from the cabin one day and drove up to Sundance to ride the lifts and hike another day. Overall, a great experience.

I found the cabin quite nice. In the backyard is a fork of the river,,, small about 4-5 feet wide, Enough to give the whole house creek noise thoughout especially at night. It made it great for sleeping and afternoon naps. Just listen to the river and fall asleep. The cabin was more roomy then I expected and certainly had lots of glassware and pots and pans. The place was loaded with stuff to use. Extra lawn chairs tables etc. It was very quite and very close to the Provo river you could swim there in about a 8 min walk. The outside of the property was updated and looks very nice. The inside is sort of a cabin your grandmother would have. Not modern but very cozy and comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too.
