There are wineries, galleries and potters throughout the area.

Some of our favorites are Cafe Adam, Allium, Zinc, Castle Street Cafe, Gypsy Joynt, Aegean Breeze, Koi and Rouge.The Great Barrington Bagel Company also has great food, as does Baba Louie's (pizza and salads).
Outdoor activities: The Berkshires offer hiking, skiing, horseback riding and other outdoor activities at your doorstep. Beartown State Forest and the Appalachian Trail are nearby.
