The condo was nice and roomy for a family of 3 and very clean. My only complaint would be that we were on the second floor over the dumpster and that's where people seemed to gather at midnight to talk....

Otherwise, we loved the location, the pool, the beach and the people...excellent customer service and I would recommend this condo!

This was my first experience renting through HomeAway.com. It exceeded all my expectations and more.
Great Location, on the beach, minutes from FLL Airport.
Owners were not only accommodating but extremely organized right down to the last detail. I felt like I was right at home. Property was very clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Entertainment nearby and the pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Florida.

They greet you at the condo and are very nice and the owners were very helpful in getting me a portable crib for my 6month old daughter.
Very clean, everything you need in the condo, great and safe for the kids. My 3 year old daughter couldn't really swim in the pool as it was not heated and it was ice cold water... so that was disappointing but we were able to go across the other condo and swim there where it was a little warmer.
The only problem I had is that the unit is located right next to the trash shoot and directly above where they process the trash. The trash shoot and processing is very loud and my daughter would wake up often from her naps and also late at night. Not recommended for light sleepers.
You definately need a car to get around as there is not much restaurants around... but you can walk to the boardwalk about 15min away...

We enjoyed our stay as the security guards, owners and people around were very firendly and accomodating.
We would rent again with them and try the other condos...

we are a family of 4, we spent 1 week in this condo..it was lovely. the only one small problem (which really isn't a problem unless you have small kids) is that the garbage shoot is near the condo and you can hear whenever anyone uses this. However, like I say, it really is not a large problem. Otherwise, the owners are magnificent, the attendees at the building are lovely, and ever so helpful. Close to the beach, we spent most of our time at south beach, for there is a great park for the kids. lovely place, it has a great balcony, everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful stay...we are looking forward to our next visit, and would not mind staying there again.

My husband my daughter and myself stayed at this condo for 9 days in July for a family vacation. The condo has all the amenities that a 5 star resort would have. You literally dont need to think of anything. The owners are very pleasant to deal with and are very accomodating. The Condo is centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale which makes driving very easy. The condo is also a 10 minute walk to the famous Hollywood Beach boardwalk which is also very nice. Overall the condo is very high end, with security, large size pool, gym, cabanas and lawn chairs all for you to enjoy. We are definitely going to be returning here on our next visit to Florida.

We had a great time on our vacation in Hollywood Beach. The condo is in an area that is more quite than Ft. Lauderdale or South Beach, but only a 15 minute drive from either if you want the night life. The Hollywood Beach broadwalk is located a short distance up Ocean Drive with shops and outdoor cafes. We found many of the local restaurants to be ecellent. Our favorites were Matteo's Italian resaurant and Taverna Opa for Greek food with music and dancing at night on the weekens.

The building is right on the ocean with a beautiful pool, spa and beach area. There are cabanas and lounge chairs included in the price and tables and chairs around the Tiki bar. There is a great fitness center with a sauna and private massage rooms. The apartment is large with nice furnishings and everthing you need on vacation including towels, linens, and cooking utensils (if you want to cook). The condo faces the ocean over the parking deck and there is a clear view of the water. We enjoyed getting up early and watching the sunrise over the water from the balcony in the morning.

We wanted a reprieve from our hectic jobs and found this the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. We plan to visit again next year.

Condo is located in a nice building about halfway b/w Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. It is directly on the beach and the building is nice with a great pool and workout room. The owners greet you upon arrival and are very nice. The valet parking staff and front desk people are also pleasant. There is also a fully equipped, nice kitchen. They also keep lots of sand toys for kids, beach mats/towels, beach chairs, cooler, games, books, etc.

Downfalls: The biggest problem is that the unit is located right next to the trash shoot and directly above where they process the trash. The trash shoot and processing is very loud. Luckily, people don't use the trash shoot b/w 10p and 7a, but it was a big deterent to my son's naps. Also, it is only on the 2nd floor and while there is sort of an ocean view - mostly you see the parking lot. Also, it is technically on Hollywood beach, but it is closer to Hallendale beach and is NOT on the section of Hollywood beach with the boardwalk. Few restaurants in walking distance.

Overall we had a good trip, the condo was spacious and very convenient for traveling with a family, except the sleeping part.

I've had great vacation, because of staying in this nice apartment with amazing view and fully equipped kitchen. I already recommended this apartment to all my friends and next time I want to stay only there.
