We had a great time. My wife and I spent a weekend here in the fall. The view and the colors were awesome from the front windows. Even with the cold weather we had a great time using the boat slip in the private marina for some nice rides on the lake and really liked having the fire place in the condo. It was nice to have a furnished condo with all the pots, pans, utensils, and dish you could need. Really close to Boyne, Charlevoix and Petoskey. We would recommend this condo to anyone, with or without kids. Great off season rates, very relaxing time.

What a great location! Everything exceeded our expectations and looked exactly as the pictures in the listing. Mr. King was so professional and took care of everything. The condo was clean and very well-equipped as well as tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, nice linens, etc. This location is great at the bottom end of Lake Charlevoix and is so convenient to all that northern Michigan has to offer. Close to town of Boyne City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix. Good restaurants in town are Red Mesa Grill, Water Street Cafe and Cafe Sante and nice dress shop, Mary's. Also, close to Ye Nine Olde Holes golf course around the lake. We would recommend this property to friends/family in a heartbeat and will certainly keep it in mind on our next return trip to Boyne City.

This is a lovely two bedroom condo located on Lake Charlevoix in walking distance to Boyne City. It is clean and nicely decorated - the owners are meticulous in its upkeep. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your up north time. You have a lovely view of the lake from the living room, dining room and kitchen and can step out the porch to a sandy beach, the pool or a short walk to the marina where you can store your boat. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the folks that work there are friendly and always willing to help. I recommend this property highly!!

We wanted to let you know that our time at the Landings was perfect... the pool was great(heated) even the babies were able to enjoy it..... as well as the adults and cousins..... the condo was in a great location to the pool and water, and beach..... The Landings are within walking distance to the stores, downtown and park... My grandson could ride his bike in the complex. The condo is well equiped and comfortable. There was even room in the master closet for two pack n plays so the twins had their own sleep room. The listing was very accurate and the photos were right on. We had fun miniature golfing and being on the water. The boat slip was very handy. We will try for another week at the Landing..... We have always wanted to stay at the Landings... since it had a pool.

Returned for a second visit to the Landings and had another great vacation in Northern Michigan and much-needed relief from the scorching temperatures in central Indiana.

We stayed close to 'home' this year except for one day trip to Traverse City, Suttons Bay, and Leland on the only rainy day. The Landings don't have much of a beach area so we did go to Young State Park just a mile up the road one day for a picnic and day at the beach.

We weren't sure what kind of crowds to expect this year since we stayed in July instead of late August, but were pleasantly surprised to find only slightly more activity at the condo, in town, and on beautiful Lake Charlexoix.

We enjoyed the food and service at Red Mesa Grille and Bella Vita. BCs Pizza needed help in dining room, but pizza was ok. The fresh-baked scones at Lake Street Market were a new find that won't be missed again! There's even a Farmer's market within walking distance on Wednesdays and Saturdays--fresh blueberries and cherry pie!

Our condo property was once again clean, convenient and perfect for our needs with adults and a 2 year old. After exploring some of the other towns in the area, we think we've found the perfect location for walking, boating, and bike riding.

One of the best vacation properties I have ever rented. Perfect for all ages. Not a large beach area but the pool makes up for it. Parking was a problem because of construction on a garage next to our unit. I rode my bike 21 miles a day and this was a perfect area for riding. We also went rafting in the Jordan river. Docking our boat was easy in the slip that comes with this property.
