Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

We sure you will love our villa. We have a lovely extra large sundeck and the pool & spa face South so you get the sunshine all day. We are not over looked and there is a fence/hedge on each side. The sofa and bed's are really comfortable and we have very well padded sun loungers and patio furniture.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and very clean. We have a large air conditioned Games Room with pool table, air hockey, darts, TV, DVD and Playstation 2. We also have cable TV's in every bedroom and Wireless Internet Access. For those with children we have a crib/cot, stroller/pushchair and highchair. There is also a selection of children’s DVD's and toys.

Indian Creek is a fantastic location just 5 minuets from Disney main gate, 10 minuets from the outlet malls, 15 minuets from Seaworld and Universal Studio's and just 30 minuets from Orlando International airport.

There is a landscaped children’s playground, football pitch and climbing bars just two minuets walk from the house. Less than five minuets walk is the lakeside walking / running circuit. Just over the bridge and approx. 10 minuets walk are the putting green, multi-purpose sports court, tennis courts and another children’s play area. There are many golf courses close by. The local supermarket is approx. 1 mile in the Formosa Gardens shopping centre which is also home to some lovely restaurants and a couple of fast food chains.

Indian Creek is a quiet and peaceful area where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, yet it is so close to Disney that you can see and hear the Epcot fireworks on an evening stroll.

Thought we'd let you know that we enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks in your lovely Florida vacation house. We found it to be very clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed our lazy days swimming in the warm pool and lounging/reading on the deck, while soaking up the sun. The BBQ was also much enjoyed.

Thank you very much for providing such a comfortable place. Hope to return again.

Just a note to let you know we had a fantastic holiday and the villa was as wonderful as we had remembered it to be. Can I also mention that again it was spotlessly clean and that is a big plus when you arrive after a long journey - great job done by your management company.

The weather was incredible - in the low 90s for the two weeks. It's a long time since we visited Florida at Easter and couldn't remember what the weather would be like - it certainly didn't disappoint.

Just wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay at your villa. The visit coincided with near record temperatures for that time of year which was unexpected, however the weather remained mainly dry apart from our last couple of evenings which was not too much of a problem. Indian Creek is a great location and I'd be happy to recommend your villa to any friends who are considering a villa rental in the Kissimmee area.
