We stayed in this beautiful home in mid-Aug. It was perfect for our family of 5. There are 3 bedrooms - one with a king, one with a set of twin bunk beds and a another twin bed and a 3rd BR with 2 twins. Our children loved it too! It is on a quiet street, within walking distance to beautiful Skaket Beach - a perfect beach for us & our young children. When we brought the beach cart with all of our stuff, one of us would drop off with the kids and bring the car back to the house and walk back because our kids are really not old enough to carry all their stuff. But we also walked there with the kids when we didn't have as much stuff to haul. It was about a 10 min stroll with the little ones. The owners keep their home in perfect condition and their pride really shows. Rich even called us early in the week to make sure everything was ok. We had the windows open all the time except one afternoon when we put the AC on because it was a really warm day. There were fans in every room. We loved having a washer dryer there too. It is so bright and sunny! We went to Skaket, Nauset, Marconi and Corporation Beaches. All were so different and we loved them all. The kids also loved the Pirate Adventure cruise in Hyannis. Orleans is the perfect town- tons of restaurants and the best part is that there are 2 bike shops right on the bike trail where we rented bikes with the kids and rode for 2 hours. We also really loved getting ice cream at Sundae School. Zia pizza was so great too. Thank you so much Rich & Gladys - we really loved your home and appreciate the opportunity to rent it from you. It was a vacation we will remember for a long time!

My family just enjoyed our first Cape vacation staying at this beautiful beach house. We were very impressed by how tastefully decorated, clean and well-kept it is, and the layout was perfect for our family including 3 young children. The house had all the amenities we are used to at home, including the comfort of central a/c.. The quiet residential area felt safe, yet close enough to the beach and town that we felt centrally located. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive in providing us with information on the house and area activities, as well as answering all our questions. Thank you for helping making our vacation so wonderful!

We had a great summer vacation at the home. This is our 5th summer in Orleans but the 1st time we stayed in a house that felt like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds & outside shower. We loved the beautiful pictures & beach decor throughout the home. Our family loved walking to the beach & exploring. Everything was as described in the listing and very clean & well maintained.
We look forward to renting again next year.

We had a terrific vacation in July 09 at this house. The house is beautifully maintained and offers all the comforts of home. It is terrific for a family w/children (we have two children). The neighborhood is quite and we enjoyed running, walking and biking in the local area. The beach is within walking distance (and has an amazing sunset).
The house is kept extremely clean and extremely comfortable ~ from the beds to the central air and fans.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year. Thanks for renting to us! Erin and Luis
