great value for the money. some small challenges with regard to pool heat (took 2 days to get it warm and then was too hot) and bbq tank refills (took 36 hours to get a new propane tank) but overall a place we'd probably stay again.

the house was great.got alot of use out of the pool.the hottub was great to get into after a long day at the parks.the pictures done no justise to what the house really offered. the bedrooms were all big the bathrooms had everything you needed.i have given this web site to 12 people already and we will definetly use it again.thanks again for letting us have a family vacation of a lifetime.

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful property. There were 13 of us and we fit into this home with no problems. The pictures online of this home are very accurate. It amazes me how the builder made very good use of the space for this home. The house was very clean and had almost everything needed to have a wonderful vacation.

This home is located about five miles from the Disneyworld entrance which made it easily accessible. During our stay, we also took a drive to Daytona Beach which is only an hour away. The owner of the property provided excellent directions on how to gain entrance to the home and which addresses to use in which GPS system. The grocery stores are nearby, but I might suggest a ride to Orlando to the local Sams Club if you have a house full of teenagers!

In other words, this home is an excellent choice for your family vacation or couples trip! Grab some toilet paper, food and clothes and enjoy your stay!

This property was gorgeous and the online photos do not do it justice. We expected it to be nice but were shocked by how great this home really turned out to be. With 6 adults and 3 small children we all had plenty space for everyone. This home was super close to WDW. And was easy in and out of parks everyday! Only issue was hot tub heat but we called mngmnt and he was there in 10min.
My husband and I are realtors from MA and we are particular about homes and our referrals. But I was impressed with home and owner (they were beyond accommodating with our requests) and the gated community, I will definitely recommend this rental and if we return I would definitely stay here again. Magical!

I planned a dream Disney vacation where I took my whole family down for a week. Five adults and five children ages 3 to 13. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and our accommodations were excellent. The decor was beautiful and we had everything that we needed to make are stay great. The one issue we had upon arrival was taken care of promptly and very much to our satisfaction. The location was very convenient as well; just minutes from all of the Disney excitement. The kids did not want to leave and one of my grandsons says he is coming back when he grows up! Maybe he will take me with him this time. I have told all of my friends about it and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We stayed here with a total of 4 families. You would never have known that we had 15 people here because there was so much room for everyone. The game room was definitely the biggest hit! We are going to Disney again in April and hope to stay here again. Thank you for such a great time. The house was beautiful from top to bottom. Very beautifully decorated.

Words can not describe how wonderful this home is! Incredibly spacious, clean and nestled in such a quiet, peaceful and safe community. It’s hard to believe it’s in such close proximity to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. My extended family of 14 (8 adults, 6 children) had the pleasure of staying in this home for 10 glorious days. The layout of the house was marvellous, giving all 4 families their own personal space and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the games room. Rhonda was wonderful to deal with and when there was a slight issue with the pool heat (the hot tub never did seem to get warm), she quickly contacted the management company who were also quick to respond. The biggest issue that we faced however, was trying to get our three boys (ages 7-15) to leave the house to visit Disney, they were enjoying the pool and games room too much!! Thanks again Rhonda, it was the trip of a lifetime and we made magical memories. We will definitely be returning to your beautiful home in the near future!

Wow! Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and an excellent location. It is situated in a safe community with wonderful facilities, including the community pool and playgrounds. Our three-generation family, (7 adults and 7 children aged 2-16) stayed in this home from 18-26 December. Four boy cousins aged 8-14 loved sharing the boys bunk-bed room. The other bedrooms are beautifully appointed and the bathrooms are clean, spacious and equipped with lots(!) of towels. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with lots of dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, utensils, *sharp* knives, cups and glasses. There is lots of room to watch a family movie on the big screen TV and everyone enjoyed the foosball, ping-pong/pool table. The house is minutes from the main entrance to Disney and close to many other attractions, grocery shopping, souvenir shopping, a Super Target store and many restaurants. The sushi restaurant near the grocery story is particularly good! Unfortunately, the property manager hired by the owner to maintain the property did not respond in a timely fashion to calls requesting pool heat; it was finally turned on three days before departure and by our last day it was warm enough to enjoy. While a BBQ is not one of the promised amenities, it was still sadly missed. Still, a fantastic home that I would visit again and highly recommend to any large family planning a vacation.
