One block off the beach, beautifully decorated, Cable TV upstairs and downstairs, WI-FI., PGA golf courses nearby, T P C Sawgrass four miles. Adventure Landing 5 minutes away. Located east side of North Second Street in desirable north Jacksonville Beach. Restaurants within one block, Milano's (Italian), El Potro (Mexican), Metro Diner (very popular with the locals, delicious diner food with some good Veggie alternatives), There is also a good Ice Bar and Philly Cheese steak place next door to El Potro. This is a very desireable safe location. Walk to the pier on our broad beach. Relax, Romance, Enjoy visiting with your loved ones and most of all enjoy our Better Place to Be!!

Rented this property for two weeks with my cousins to visit family and friends in the Jacksonville area. Flew in from the UK arrived early hours of morning which was no problem to the owners, we were met with a smile and everything was as advertised only better nothing was too much trouble for Walt and his family who were lovely. The location was perfect the beach is a 36 second walk from the front door(I counted) and there is a water park up the road. If your staying in Jax stay here its a home from home.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Beach House

We loved this vacation beach house,It's just a block from the beach.We walked there every morning,to see the sunrise!!! The house was all that was said about it in the decripton. And the owner was very nice. We will stay there again..
