Our first time in Orlando with our children, aged 12 & 10. This house was the perfect base for all of the theme parks and a great way to get away from the action for a bit of peace and quiet. I think it's the quietest place I have ever stayed in on holiday and , let's face it, you need your rest in Orlando!! We ate in a lot and found the Winn Dixie supermarket very convenient. We also liked the DVD rental machine next to it!! Of course, there are also loads of restaurants within a 5 minute drive too.

The pool was great for a dip after a long day and the kids really enjoyed that...as well as lounging on the sofas watching Disney channel!!!

Overall a great place to stay,we would be happy to return.

The house is exactly as described. The pictures are accurate . It is very clean and comfortable. All furniture in great condition. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it is very quiet and peaceful. The house has security system. Close to attractions.

Our family enjoyed the home.. We had the pool heated because it was a bit cool while we were visiting, my son loved it. The owner was very friendly and prompt about returning deposit. I would recommend this home for a family

We stayed in this house for a week in March. The house is very inviting, and we all felt at home the minute we came in the front door. We came with our two boys, age 4 and 6, and they loved the pool. They would sleep in it if we let them. We used the pool heater, and we used the pool from the morning to after sunset. Alot of restaurants and shops only 3 min away with car. We loved the house and the location of it.

What a lovely home. It was comfortable, clean and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. We had 8 people in the house for two of our nights there and it was perfect. Having the swimming pool steps away was wonderful for the sunny afternoons. I would recommend this holiday home in a heartbeat. Thanks ever so much for sharing you home with these Canadians.

My family and I stayed in this house for our first trip to Disney. With four girls ranging in age from 6-11 years old, this house gave us plenty of room. The house was clean and provided all amenities that were neeeded during our stay. The pool was a wonderful way to cool off after a long, hot day at the parks. The location made these trips a breeze. The house is located near groceries, restaurants, and children friendly activities. I would recommend this house to all that would like a fabulous Florida experience. Thanks again, Jean

Also a swimmingpool which has been enjoyed by our kids and they
were so fascinated that they asked to stay extra days

We had two weeks here to explore the world of Disney and was perfect for us. Is literally 5mins in the car to get to the Magic Kingdom and the 192 with shops and restaurants etc is 1min in the car. The pool was lovely and we loved watching the lily pond at the back trying to spot gators, we managed to spot one swimming around so were happy about that! :)
They had a couple of strollers in the garage which was fabulous as our 5yr old (who hasn't been in a stroller for well over 2-3yrs!!) struggled a bit with walking around the parks so was happy to be pushed instead!
Weather was rather stormy whilst we were there, but we loved it all the same :)
Thank you to lovely Rosie who was on call for any issues we may have had, she was very friendly and helpful, as were the management company who look after the house.
Overall a fabulous stay in Orlando :)
