A wonderful home & bargain!

We stayed at this lovely house for a week long family vacation. It was me, my husband and our 3 kids ages 9,8 and 2. We were so close to the beach, it was nice to be able to go back for the house for anything we may have forgotten or for snacks, lunch etc. Also, it was an easy walk for our 2 year old. The house comes with absolutely everything you would need: grill, bikes for zipping around the block or to the store, and toys for the beach! There is a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry. We made many of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen, but also went to some of the fun restaurants in town! The kids loved the bunk beds, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had a nice day in Charleston, which was only a 20 minute drive. It was great to have internet access, we could look up info on local events on our laptop. We loved the deck off the living room on the second floor, it was huge and nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning planning the day! From the deck on the third floor you could check out the beach and the surf. The owner was great, gave us all the info we needed, and a way to reach her if there were any issues. No issues though! Just a great family vacation which we will always remember. We hope to get back to Folly Beach soon, and if we do we will certainly stay at this house again. It played such an important role in making the vacation awesome. Thanks so much!!

Foley Beach is a wonderful location for a vacation. The beach house was the perfect fit for our family. It included ever amenity we could of wanted. From washer/dryer to surf boards/beach chairs and everything in between. And we slept 8 easily with room to spare. It was decorated in classy beach attire w/ a beautiful kitchen and attached eat-in covered porch. We walked across the street onto the beautiful white sandy beach! Also, within walking distance were restaurants, a pier and cute little beach stores. Not only did our family have an incredible vacation, we created memories at the beach house that will last a life time! Hopefully, we can do it again next year.
Lastly, the owners, Lynn & Keith, were terrific to interact with. They couldn't have made our trip any easier.

We were in town for three days to attend a wedding. The house is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. We especially liked the layout - the lofts and multiple decks were great. The huge screen porch with large dining table was a plus even though we didn't get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to our short stay. We liked having bikes and surfboards there available for our use.

We're already planning to return to the house in fall with a group of friends. Folly Beach is laid back and beautiful.

Also, we accidentally forgot a couple of items and Lynn, the owner, was nice enough to mail these things to us - thanks a million!

We were in town for a wedding for a friend from high school and made it into a girls vacation. The home was perfect! Everything was spotless, the beds were comfy, and Lynn was very easy to work with. It was the perfect house! We are definitely going to make it an annual thing! The beach view isn't too shabby either... :)

Lynn was even kind enough to mail back our things that we had forgotten in the house. All around a top notch experience!

Our family stayed here while celebrating a Citadel graduation. The house was great...fit our needs perfectly! It was exceptionally clean and fresh. Everyone had their own space, yet we were all together. Love your big eat in kitchen! Seems like everyone ended up hanging out in that area during meal/munching time. Of course, after dark, the east-facing porch was great for watching the full moon rise over the ocean.
Our only regret was lack of time! We had so many wonderful Citadel graduation activities that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the beach! Hopefully, we can one day return to your lovely beach house!

A few friends and I rented this house over Easter week and I couldn't have been happier. The house is really clean and spacious, and there are plenty of beds. The owners were such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a fun, relaxing, stress-free time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there in a second. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this beautiful Folly beach house. We will return in September. I can't speak highly enough about the house, the family who owns it, and Folly Beach itself. The house has everything you could ask for at a very decent price. The family is the nicest people I have ever rented from. As for Folly Beach, I live in a beach resort in Rhode Island and still come down to Folly twice a year.

Searched the internet for a great place for a girls weekend with family members ranging in age from sixteen to seventy two! This house caught my eye and my instincts were right! We all had a great time in this clean and comfortable home that offers wonderful ocean views from the spacious decks. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the large kitchen and the screen porch was a great place to gather for conversation. Nice washer/dryer available for use, as well as five bikes, and coolers for trips to the beach. As stated in the owner's description of the house, the spiral staircase may make it difficult for older adults to access the third floor and I agree. The owner was super nice and extremely easy to work with. We did not want to leave. Thanks for allowing us to make memories in this lovely beach house.
