Comfortable, modern condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living room, and kitchen.Master bedroom has queen-size bed, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, TV and VCR, and small patio out back surrounded by trees and woods. Second bedroom has two twin beds, walk-in closet, and access to second bathroom with tub and shower facility. Kitchen is fully furnished. Living and dining room are furnished with couch, chairs, table, TV, and VCR.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1994
An excellent location some two miles from the main shopping district of Kissimmee and St Cloud. In a quiet residental area when I bought it and it continues to be a quiet area.
High speed internet access. Excellent cable system. Relaxed atmosphere.

Everything you could possibly want!
Thank you for the use of your condo, Bob. It had everything we needed, comfortable, beautifully situated away from the crowds, yet close to Disney, central for exploring the east and west coast. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. The patio with all the trees and pond was so peaceful and relaxing after hectic days. A wonderful and memorable vacation, and we would certainly love to stay there again.

Great Stay - Close to SeaWorld and Disney
Bob was great to work with. Excellent price for an excellent location. We like to travel to Disney more affordably and this is a great stray to meet that budget. Very nice, clean condo, close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!
My husband and I stayed here and we loved it! It is close enough to all area attractions but also in a quiet area so you do not need to worry about traffic or congestion from other travelers. I have been to this area serval times and this was by far the best place we have stayed! They owner was very friendly and quick to answer any questions and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Loved it!!
Went with my mother and my small child and they both didn't want to leave. Looking forward for another stay soon. Apartment is very well kept and near everything we needed. Thanks for your help Bob. Had some trouble finding the entrance to the community but it was 1 am..not your fault Bob. Can't wait to return with my parents again. Dad will love the pond and ducks.

Perfect for small family. Great price. Couldn't ask for more. Condo had everything we needed and even more that we didn't use. Excellent location, for Disney World and shopping as necessary. If we return to Orlando in the near future, this will be my first choice.

Worth the drive down
Place is amazing and TOTALLY furnished with everything you need, almost like home.
There's no more carpet in the living area, very good thing with kids.
VERY close to anything you need, restaurants, shopping and FUN ;-)

Comfy home away from home!!
Our stay was amazing, we were greatly surprised when we entered the condo and everyone in the family felt right at home. There is plenty enough space that the kids were entertained and the adults can relax either in the living room or on the porch leading from the master bedroom. There were fresh towels and linens and even small things like extra trash bags. We had a great stay here! The condo is in a great location only minutes from plenty of attractions. You will not be disappointed ;)

Terrific place to stay !
My wife and I were blown away when we opened the door to enter the condo. The space was open and airy and very clean, as were all the furnishings.
Everything we needed to set up our home away from home was awaiting our arrival.
We used the condo as our hub while visiting nearby attractions and relatives. We also entertained family who were also equally impressed with the friendliness of the condo to new visitors.
We would also be more than happy to stay again for future visits.
Chip and Bob treated us as family, not clients, throughout the whole process.

Nice place to stay
We had a great stay at this condo. It was a short drive to Disney World and everything was within a short driving distance. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, washer & dryer, cooking utensils, plates, cups, toaster ... etc.. The onsite playground, tennis court, exercise room and pool were also great for our family. Above all, Bob, the owner was very pleasant to deal with. We hope to return soon.

Great Condo----Stayed from March 1 to April 1, 2012
The condo was in a perfect location exactly as described not far from restaurants and all the main attractions like Disney, Universal & Sea World. The inside and outside of the condo was very nice and clean and actually nicer than we thought it would be. The living area was very big. Bob was easy to contact. My wife and I had a couple of minor problems and it was fixed right away no questions asked. I would definately recommend this property to friends. There are many restaurants within 2 miles of the condo. We would definately stay there again. Thanks again Bob, we had a great time.
