This remodeled ocean view property is located in the immediate downtown village area of Laguna Beach. You will be very happy with this choice. It is an easy 5 minute walk to all downtown village amenities; restaurants, beaches, movies, ice cream parlors, shopping district, art galleries, art festivals, museum and picturesque beaches and coves pictured. THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT. If you choose, leave the car at home for your entire stay. It is conveniently located close to all downtown activities, yet it is in a quiet area of town. The property is located on a cul-de-sac, isolating it from all the downtown traffic and noise. The view is actually better in person than can be shown on the internet. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms each have upgraded queen mattresses and linens. One of these 2 BR's features a 37' flat screen television.
The living room area has a fireplace, new sofa, newer chairs and a Plasma TV (42 inches).
All rooms have upgraded/new/newer furniture, new carpet/tile, music players with CD and Ipod/MP3 capability.
The property is accented with artwork (both indoors and out). Computer desks, local telephone, broadband cable internet access are provided at no extra charge.
The private backyard has a table with seating for 8, two chaise lounge chairs, a fountain,outdoor art and a garden area. It has a Bar-B-Que and there is outdoor lighting. The washer and dryer are newer and for this property only.
The kitchen is comfortable and has newer appliances. There is parking dedicated to the property.
The property is appropriate for children and pets can be approved.
