Siamo appena tornati da questa bellissima villa e ci dispiace di non aver potuto rimanere di più....Oltre ad essere accuratamente arredata e dotata di ogni confort (piscina,lavastoviglie,lavatrice,tv via cavo,internet wireless etc) ha un'atmosfera molto calda e acogliente.E' vicino a tutti i punti d'interesse in Costa Azzurra,ma,nello stesso tempo-lontana dai rumori e il caos.Abbiamo appena prenottato una settimana in estate!Non vediamo l'ora!Grazie Marion e Mani!Sanja e Aldo Amaducci da Milano.

This exceptional villa stands in Roquefort-les-Pins, a series of hamlets on the wooded slopes of the Alpes-Maritimes, high above the most famous resorts of the Riviera: Nice, Antibes and Cannes. Located in a quiet residential area but within easy reach of the shops, and the renowned restaurant of the Auberge du Colombier, it offers wheelchair access, comfort and security.

Even the closest of friends and families occasionally need space and this villa, an ingeniously developed traditional stone provencal mas, enjoys space in abundance. The ground and upper floors benefit from separate entrances on opposite sides of the house. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, supplemented by a huge, arcaded barbecue and terrace leading directly on to a substantial, fully fenced swimming pool.

On ground and first floor level large lounges with UK satellite TV, Internet and DVD players, ideal for uncooperative teenagers, lead into agreeable bedrooms, many with air conditioning and en suite facilities.

Behind electronic gates, the villa’s grounds provide parking for four cars, manicured, constantly watered lawns, table tennis, and a boules court that may be floodlit after dark.

Nice airport can be reached in 20 minutes and the fashionable beaches of the Riviera in less than half an hour. You may find, however, that energetic plans are abandoned as each day passes seamlessly by in this delightful haven away from it all.

We had a lovely week in your villa. The villa lived up to expectations was very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was warm which was great as in several previous holiday villas the pool although heated was not warm enough for our children to stay in very long, this was not the case here and even when it rained they still went in.The villa is very well situated for exploring the area and also for the local amenities, supermarket and restaurants just down the road. The supermarket is closed on a Sunday which was our only problem as we arrived late on the sat evening but managed to find one open in Nice. I would definately recommed this villa and would certainly rent it again.

Nick stubby and party of 5 adults and 5 children aged from 2 to 6 years had such a good time that they would like to come back for two weeks next year. Parents were happy to find the heated pool security fence in place and safe closed gardens.
Sarah and Urvi who are getting married this year both had their 'Hen' party on two separate weeks. They had good fun and would like to return next year.
