Dad, can we live here?

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo during our family’s first visit to Walt Disney World this summer. We are a family of four, with two children in elementary school. We chose an off-site rental over a Disney hotel because we wanted the comforts and spaciousness of home during our week-long stay, as well as the flexibility and savings associated with having some meals at home.

Bill and Pam’s condo is in an ideal location if you are visiting the Disney parks. We were amazed at how quickly we arrived at the Animal Kingdom - it was just a few minutes from door to door. This made it convenient for us to return home in the afternoon to cool off in the pool or rest before returning to the parks in the evening.

We found that the proximity to shops and restaurants was ideal. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. Also, there are a number of restaurants and even an urgent care clinic very nearby. There is a SuperTarget about a mile away in case you forget to pack something. In our case, we bought kids’ ponchos that were less expensive than if we’d bought them at Disney World.

As close as the condo is to retail and restaurants, it is incredibly quiet. The view off the screened balcony is of a tranquil lake.

The condo itself is remarkably clean and spacious. The photos are true depictions of the unit. The furnishings and bedding are of very good quality, and each bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is well appointed with a wide array of cookware and utensils. There are plastic tumblers and dinnerware for kids, and nice dishes, wine glasses, etc. for adults. The homeowners even supplied a small amount of laundry detergent in the laundry room, which was a nice touch. It was great to come home with clean clothes. The condo is professionally managed, although we never had any occasion to call for assistance during our stay.

Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He answered my questions promptly. Our transaction was smooth. He provided receipts and written confirmations instantly, and even gave us easy driving directions.

This property more than exceeded our expectations. I won’t hesitate to book with Bill and Pam again.

My family and I stayed at this condo in April and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The photos that are on this website are exactly like the condo, it was very clean and spacious. It was quiet and close to everything - theme parks, shopping etc. The pool and exercise facilities were an added bonus after a long day at the parks. I would highly recommend this rental property. The owner, Bill, was a great person to deal with - he answered all my questions right away and was very friendly and professional.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed March 1 through March 7, 2009. There were three adults and three children in our group.

This was our first experience with a VRBO property and were delighted with the whole process. The property owner was very professional and timely in answering our questions and processing our rental.

There were 2 master bedroom suites with king-size beds and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each room had a television which our kids really enjoyed and we did too! We found that staying there much more convenient than staying in a hotel and were happy to have a kitchen and washer/dryer to use. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed to cook meals - we just supplied our food. The unit was very clean and quiet!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting the Orlando area! It is so convenient to the Disney parks and SeaWorld. There is a grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I was really impressed by the size of the condo - lots of space. Nicely decorated, good quality furnishings and 5 TVs. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Good parking right next to the steps up to the condo. It was close to the main road, so easy to get to and from the parks, but set back behind a strip mall, so no road noise. Nice and quiet - which I liked. The strip mall had a supermarket and 4 family restaurants, so we were just a minute's walk away from these facilities.
Condo is on 2nd floor and I didn't see an elevator anywhere around so if you're in a wheelchair it's probably not for you. Anyone else - I'd highly recommend it.

My fear was the condo wouldn't look like the pictures on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect replica. Clean, roomy, well furnished and a great location. I was also pleased with the reservation process. It was simple and when the owner was accidently blocked on my email - he took the time to call and confirm with me which I very much appreciated. Advantage Vacation Homes was helpful with tickets and questions. The disney attractions and off-site attractions were easy to find. The only attraction on this trip that I wouldn't recommend for the money is the Holy Land Adventure. We were a little disappointed. All in all it was great vacation stay and I would recommend the property and even stay at the property again.

We were so pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful spot to enjoy our holiday. The location is great, the condo was spotless with a brilliant layout and the shops, restaurants and facilties were within walking distance. Parking was available outside the condo and it was easy to find our way to all the attractions we visited. This style of accommodation is ideal for several days and can not be faulted. We would not hesitate to recommend as an ideal alternative to any other type of accommodation.
