The condo is continuously updated and refurbished so that it is in like new condition when you arrive. We provide maid service a minimum of three times per week and can provide daily service on request.

First of all, its a magnificent property. We have a huge amount of common areas dedicated to beautiful gardens and a peaceful serene setting. Every condo has a wonderful view of the gardens, both of our pools and of course, that wonderful caribbean sea. You have a great view of the Island of Cozumel and the Ferry Pier which transports thousands of tourists and locals back and forth between Playa and Cozumel daily.
Another fantastic thing about our condo's is that you don't need a car. You are within walking distance of everything you could want or need. There is private parking for both of our condos but we encourage people to make it easy on themselves and skip the rental car. You are only one hundred fifty yards from the start of the famous Pedestrian Walkway and the bus station with beautiful air conditioned Mercedes Benz buses is less than 300 yards from the condo. There are plenty of rental car company's just as close by if you want to rent a car on a daily basis for a longer excursion trip.
Our condos are updated every few years with things like new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, cable television with 90+ channels. wireless internet connection, d.v.d.'s and stereos, full kitchen furnishings, fresh bottled water daily, maid service and beach towels and so much much much more.
