Perfect place for girl getaway

I stayed here Columbus Weekend with 4 of my gal pals and we had a blast. The only thing you'll find different in the photos is the coffee table (we didnt have one). It was GREAT, literally 1 block from the beach, around the corner from Wet Willies! The parking space is a great asset as well!
The beds are so comfortable! Extra bedding and towels are available, what more could you ask for?
The kitchen was FULLY equiped (except for the out of commission dishwasher) and we saved some major greenbacks by stocking up at WalMart and cooking, baking, and microwaving everything! Very VERY clean.
I've already spread the word to a number of colleagues and hope to return again next year!

This apartment is lovely. Its clean, new and has everything you would need, including chairs and an umbrella. The mgt. is very easy to deal with and even mailed me back something I left there.
The parking space is a benefit not to be overlooked. Parking in SOBE, esp. going in and out during the day, is impossible and expensive.
One caution: the apt. is a bit noisy during the early am due to the restaurants behind it. Other than that, it was really perfect!

Great Location

We stayed here Feb 09 with our 20-something sons and their partners. It was a great location if you want to be in the thick of it with everything SOBE on your doorstep.
The first night (Saturday) was a bit noisy, as there are quite a few bars and hotels nearby, but this seemed to settle down and cease to be a problem the rest of the week.
Although we brought a car, we didn't need to use it often, other than a couple of trips out of Miami and gorcery shopping trips to Publix, so it was a bonus to have the allocated parking space.
We would have no qualms about staying here again, or recommending to freinds.

Excellent SOBE Location

We discovered this Condominium through the recommendation of our friends, as we were looking for a quiet Condominium that was close to the beach in a central South Beach location.
The Condominium was excellent, it was 100ft from Ocean Avenue and the beach, had gated and secure parking for our car under the building, an elevator, and a top floor location.
The Condominium furnishing appeared new as did the bedding. The Master Bedroom had a Queen, the 2nd Bedroom had a Twin with a Twin trundle, and the Sofa in the Livingroom converted into a Queen. It is in great condition for a beach Condominium.
The Condominium building has @ 16 residential units and is great if you want to be in the center of all the South Beach action -and still be have a quite place to sleep and recharge-
All in all, we had an excellent vacation, and the Condominium provided everything that we required at a price point that was very realistic.
We are thinking about planning another trip to SOBE later this year, around Chirstmas, and we will probably choose this Condominium again.

It's all about the view

WE stayed at this condo for a week. It was a very nice place on the 5th floor having an elevator, covered parking, security gates and was one block from the beach. There was a queen sized bed, fold out couch and a fouton, sleeping a total of 6. My biggest complaint was with the photos in the description. The one that made me rent this unit was the picture described as "condo view". This view was not taken from any window in the condo, but was taken outside the entrance door and was cropped to show only the best. The actual views from the condo were only of roof tops and air conditoning equipment, with a very limited view of the ocean. It did have two narrow balconies but with the same limited views listed above. The location was great with all kinds of activites within walking distance. Be sure to see Lincoln Road Mall, about a 15 minute walk.
