this is our third year here and we enjoyed it immensely. very quiet area with good access to shopping and restaurants of all types. the condo is clean, comfortable and is well appointed having everything you will need to stay indefinitely. we loved the pool and were often the only people using it. well suited to 55+ vacationers. there is a golf course less then a few hundred feet away. the owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, there is an elevator which proved to very useful to move things in and out of the condo. best kept secret in sarasota.

Overall this was a nice experience. Main point is that you'd have to be a bird to get to Siesta Key in 5 minutes. Depending on the day/time, it took considerably longer to get there or anywhere. Tamiami Trail is what it is! Fairly comfortable condo, second bedroom a bit tight. Owner very helpful and conscientious.

We love the condo, we’ve been there several times and we’ve never had any problems. Winnie has always been very friendly and very helpful. Overall the condo is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed which is very comfortable. It has it’s own walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and it’s own bathroom. The kitchen is very modern and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is also a very comfortable living and dining area.
There is a pool which most of the time we have to ourselves. The condo is located in a very quiet subdivision about a 5-7 minute car ride to Siesta Key Beach. There’s a small executive 27 hole golf course right across the street. There’s a huge selection of restaurants, grocery stores and malls close by to choose from and there’s a large outlet mall about 40 minutes away.
I’ve recommended the condo to several of our friends, we consider it our Florida home away from home.
