Privately located on Rt 175 the chalet is accessible to many recreation areas, lakes, hiking trails and Owl's Nest Golf and area attractions. The house has a finished lower level with wood sauna, fieldstone fireplace, bar, bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. The main level has a kitchen, full bath 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with a full size bed. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds. There is a deck and grill outside and hikes can be taken from the house. Snowmobile trails are also nearby. The Campton Cupboard General store is less than a mile away.

Owls Nest Golf Course is near-by: Award winning Owl's Nest Golf Course is across the street. Also near-by are lakes, mountains, Waterville Valley events and events at Plymouth State College. Great area for hiking and many attractions such as the Polar Caves, Clark's Trading Post and the WhalesTail Water Park are within a short drive.
