We had a FANTASTIC stay in this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and the perfect size for our small family of 3. Lee (and her two dogs) were welcoming and friendly hosts, always ready with a recommendation when we needed it. The best part about this place though was the location. We didn't need our car the entire week (except for the 5 minute drive to the National Seashore). It's a 2 minute walk to the center of all the action which is just far enough away to still enjoy fantastic people-watching from the front porch and yet not be kept awake from all the noise. We also enjoyed the great little bay beach right across the street.
The only negatives were the parking situation (a bit difficult to find a spot close by) and the kitchen is teeny tiny. But everything else more than makes up for these minor inconveniences.
My memories of sipping coffee on the front porch with a perfect croissant (from the market just a block away) will carry me all through winter.
