Great Vacation

This place was as comfortable as home. We had two families with a total of 8 guest. Consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. This place is simply amazing. Easily would sleep and be comfortable for 10 People. Clean, safe, and convenient, in and area 10 to 15 minutes from everything. Carmen the owner was very accomodating with an early check in time as our flight arrived early. We have visited Orlando a total of 4 times in the past 5 years and this was a first in terms of deciding to rent a house. We will never do the hotel thing again. This rental unit had all the ammenities of being at home!! The pool was heated (option) and was child safe. Laundry, Free long distance, Free Internet hookup, and dishwasher are just a few things to mention. The fridge even had a ice maker!! 24 Hour WalMart was 2 minutes away. A definite must try if you are planing to visit Orlando and recommended.

This was our second time staying at the Starlight Villa in Orlando - we had previously stayed here in 2007 and knew that we wanted to come back. The house was just as beautiful this trip as it had been during our last vacation. It was once again very clean, with plenty of bedding and towels provided. This home looks exactly as pictured on the website. There is no house behind you, so you get lots of privacy that you don't get with a lot of other homes. It is a very quiet, safe area; there is relatively no noise at night. There were 6 of us in total, and there was plenty of room for all of us, with rooms to spare. We rented this home directly through the owner, who was excellent to deal with. There is a property manager who is available to look after any issues that arise during your stay. We spent 3 days at Universal Studios this trip, which left us 6 days to enjoy a trip to Clearwater Beach, as well as Downtown Disney (La Nouba) and several shopping excursions. Our favorite restaurants were The Olive Garden and Chili's. There are huge grocery stores within minutes from this house. After a long day of walking in the heat at theme parks, there is nothing better than coming home to a beautiful house with a wonderful pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

I would just like to say that this house was absolutely gorgeous and beautiful. Out of 10 I rate this house a 15 :)

It was the most luxurious, spotless and cleanest home that we have ever rented in our entire lives. It absolutely exceeded all of our expectations and took our breath away.

It is extremely spacious and there is a TV in every single bedroom which was great for everyone :)

The private pool and whirlpool in the back of the house came in extremely handy for all of us.

The customer service was Superb and the owner is the most polite and most helpful person you could ever meet. All our questions were answered in great detail and it was a real pleasure communicating with her. I did not know how to use PAY PAL for our payment and she was extremely patient with me and guided me through every step of the way.

Bruce is the property manager and he too was very extremely helpful and very polite to deal with.

We dealt with KISSIMEE for all our Disney tickets and their service was outstanding. They delivered our tickets right to our front door, which saved us so much time and they too were very helpful and informative.

We also managed to squeeze in Cirque De Soleil which was great.

We ate at IHOP every morning and we all enjoyed the food tremendously. We would like to also recommend DIMORIOS Restaurant for their oven baked pizza. Another great restaurant was HOULIHANS. The decor in this restaurant/bar was fabulous and the food was extremely delicious. The outside patio was one of the best we have seen on this trip and it felt great eating on such a lovely patio with palm trees and beautiful decorated pillars.

Typhoon Lagoon was my most favourite beach of all.....the park was set up like a little beach resort in Jamaica with all the palm trees and music going.

Another favourite theme park of ours was Hollywood Studios which has an AMERICAN IDOL venue. It was great and we actually got to watch a show and pick the best singer/performer on stage. We are fans here in Canada so it was totally amazing for us!

I honestly cannot say one negative thing about this place because it was just the most gorgeous, spacious and luxurious home we have ever rented and we had the BEST time ever!

We highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends and we are definitely coming back here in the near future :)

Our stay at the Starlight Villa was nothing but wonderful. The attentions to detail in the decorating, spacious family, kitchen and living rooms, the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and the heated pool made this a wonderful oasis for our extended family of 9 to stay in without constantly being on top of each other. Everything you could possibly need is included in this rental and shopping is close by. The neighborhood is very nice. The company managing the property is extremely accomodating as is the owner. Disney, Sea World and Universal are close by and easy to access. The Orlando international airport is about 30 minutes away and Kennedy Space Center is approximately 1 1/2 hours. TV's with cable were provided in all bedrooms as well as the family room so there were never any fights about who wanted to watch a program. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area if your not in the mood to cook however, the kitchen is wonderful. Having the washer and dryer was another blessing as we didn't need to pack as many clothes. I recommend S & L produce or The Showcase of Citrus for your fresh fruit purchases. Both were very pleasant to do business with and allow you to taste the fruit before you purchase it. If your looking for all the comforts of a home away from home, our families would recommend renting this property. You certainly will not be disappointed.

This was a great home away from home experience. The home is very, very beautiful with plenty of space for everyone.... Highly recommended! (Don't forget shampoo and extra toilet paper though)

This beautiful home made our stay in Orlando memorable. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was tastefully decorated and very clean, and the perfect place for a family with children. The kids can enjoy the pool and the adults can spend some time in the jacuzzi. It is about 10mins from Disney and within minutes to restaurants and shops.

We highly recommend it to anyone looking. The rental process was seamless and we hope to return ito the Starlight Villa in the near future.

If you thought the photos of this rental were too good to be true they were. The unit was in brand new condition and very clean. Plenty of towels were profided as well as extra bedding. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location is excellant, very close to shopping, highways and the local attractions. We look forward to staying here again in a few years. Well worth it.
