Just what we wanted!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the ocean view, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and layout of the rental. We enjoyed its close proximity to the beach, and found numerous amenities to like. For example, we didn't have to buy paper towels, dish soap, or other small items, because all were provided. Everything was clean throughout the entire property. There was adequate parking. No one bothered us. It was quiet except for one hour when an adjacent property owner had weed whackers running. The warm pool and gas grill downstairs are nice. There are numerous restaurants nearby, ranging from Lin's Garden (excellent small Chinese buffet) to the Smokin' Oyster Bar (great grouper sandwiches). The beach is uncrowded and perfect for long walks and shelling. We watched sunsets and enjoyed meals from our balcony. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Overall, it was great! If I were to gripe at all, it would be because the pool closes too early, the elevator is slow enough to be annoying, and the safe in our unit was not operational. Both TVs could have been larger. But compared to all other rentals in our experience, this is by far our #1 favorite. We will not hesitate to return again. In fact, it would be a disappointment if we could not stay at Cornerstone on a return trip. Our unanimous rating is 5 stars for happy memories, relaxing days, clean comfortable quarters, and friendly staff. This is an ideal getaway for couples who want to lose track of time at the beach, and spend lazy romantic days together. We are already planning a return trip.

Perfect Condo. Very clean, modern, and no suprises upon arriving. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in our travels. No hassles at check in or out.

The condo's location is excellent and it has all the amenities one is looking for (including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella). The property is very clean and well maintained and the customer service provided was perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay there and will certainly be back!

Just returned from two weeks at The Cornerstone Beach Resort. Lori's condo was awesome, the best bed and bedding I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. Only 12 units so it's very private and some days had the pool all to ourselves. The condo contained everything we needed and then some. Right on the beach/Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets were amazing. There are 52 weeks in a year, 2 of ours were spent at The Cornerstone and the other 50 weeks are spent thinking about going back next year.

The condo was VERY charming. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a secluded, but close to the action condo on the beach!! I had a friend down from KC and he loved it.

My time at this property was truly enjoyable. It was exactly as pictured and was clean and well accomodated. It was also a pleasure dealing with Rich --- quite simple even! The area was quiet and peaceful --- exactly what I needed! I recommend it for anyone wanting to have a peaceful time "away from it all", yet close to all Ft. Myers Beach has to offer.

My wife and daughter and I stayed at Cornerstone for our son's wedding in FMB and could not have asked for a better condo. The unit was VERY clean, convieniently located and Lori made sure that we were totally satisfied. The beach just outside the property is beautiful and the susets are spectacular. Everything was just as the website said it would be and all our expectations were exceeded. Loved our stay and will be back, for sure. Thanks again Lori.

I'm not sure if this was the exact unit we stayed in or not, but it was a one bedroom on the fourth floor in this building. We were very pleased with the unit.....the bed was comfortable, the grocery store was close, the beach in the area was good. There wasn't a lot of noise in the area even though it was spring break. The view from the living area, kitchen and balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time playing cards on the balcony and watching the water. The pool was nice and comfortable and not crowded. Only 2 drawbacks that we found. There are 2 TVs that are very small.....just as they are pictured if you search, and the fold out couch I'm told was miserable. Next time we will try for a 2 bedroom to avoid that. The unit was very clean, which is paramount to us.
