fab place to stay

I stayed in this condo for a month because I needed to take my son to the hospital in Wilmington. It was an excellent place to stay. I felt very safe taking my son for walks in the stroller around the beautiful community. I had no idea that the community was so large, but there are excellent side walks and I found a very nice playground for kids. It was probably only a 10-15 minute drive to the hospital depending on traffic and so it was the perfect location for us. The condo was also very clean and I felt very comfortable letting my son play on the floor. There was a nice balcony overlooking the golf course and it was such a nice view. The whole atmosphere was just carefree and relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo.

My family and I spent a week at this condo. It was exactly as advertised and It made our vacation that much more enjoyable! I would recommend this place to my friends and family! Thank You for letting us enjoy your home!

Fairway Villas' in Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a great, peaceful location for a vacation. My daughter and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo from August 23 to 30th, 2008.... And yes.... the pictures are a true reflection of what the condo really looks like... extremely clean and spacious. The Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a beautiful "domain" and the location of the condo is great, right by the golf course. We were there for a "beach holiday" and the drive to get to Wrightsville beach was easy and fast (around 25 minutes). I would recommend this condo to anyone. And as a bonus, the owners were extremely helpful with any questions.

This is a beautiful condo, immaculately kept, equiped w. everything, pleasantly decorated located in a safe and relaxing area. It is just 10 min from downtown Wilmington. We keep returning to this propriety everytime we visit family in Wilmington and it is more comfortable each time. The owner is very considerent and took at heart all the suggestions that renters made for the last year and changed small things to make the place even more "home" like. I highly recommend this propriety and I would gladly stay here anytime we visit Wilmington.

My family and I had a wonderful time while visiting Wilmington. The condo was perfect. It was very spacious and with two teenage girls having 2 bathrooms was a definate plus.The kitchen had everything you would need in order to make a great meal for your family if you felt like staying in for the evening. We really enjoyed visiting downtown and spending the evening back at the condo. We can't wait to visit again.

It was so nice to be able to feel comfortable in a home away from home. We definitely would recommend this to anyone. Especially enjoyed spending some time with new baby grandson (6 wks old) when he & his parents came from Fuquay-Varina, NC to visit. They enjoyed Carolina Beach while we enjoyed him. Maybe next time we'll check out more of the area. We simply were too busy with rocking the baby this time . They're both ESU alumni also (graduated 2005 & 2006). We felt even better about the owners when we turned on the radio & it was set to a Christian station! Thank you!

We shared a vacation with our daughter - her husband - and their 10 month old daughter. After my daughter lucked into finding this condo for us, I checked with management to be certain of ownership. I recommend doing this to anyone who finds a rental through the internet. After seeing the beautiful set-up which was PERFECT for a multi-generational family, I am completely amazed that our daughter found these accommodations for much less than 2 simple motel rooms would have cost us. The charm and cleanliness was beyond compare. Effort of the owners to "welcome their visitors" was evident in games, novels, family photos, and the cooking/cleaning supplies. We all felt we'd gotten to know the Scheuch's even in their absence. The condo is very near family beaches and convenient to the downtown area that has much to entertain and many fine restaurants. The only thing different that we will do on our next stay here is to bring along fewer items. With the washer/dryer being so convenient, clothing changes can be kept to a minimum. Nothing needs to be taken along for entertainment except golf clubs! The deck is marvelous and offers privacy as one views the early morning golfers. My son-in-law did a bit of net-working while enjoying golfing with folks not long strangers to him. Our daughter celebrated her 30th birthday during this vacation, and our 10 month old granddaughter had her first beach trip! We did need a port-a-crib for her, but who can have everything?!? The area is very welcoming and friendly - much preferable to the crowded area of Myrtle Beach. I don't think there is any family of any age who would not find this condo and the area to be delightful!
