beautiful 2 story townhome on bass river, minutes from the ocean in South Yarmouth. Upstairs has a bathroom, .. dining room with full cabinets of dishes and silverware..pots and pans and living room with queen sized brand new hide-a-bed. Efficiency kitchen with 2 burner cook top..toaster oven,microwave and under the counter fridge.. Balcony has small table and chairs that overlooks beautiful Bass River ,boats sailing by..kayaks,also a heated out side pool..... downstairs has two new queen beds and a full bathroom. 2 new flat screen TVs on both floors... wifi included.... Pool has a deck for sunning and view of the Bass River.... downstairs also has a patio overlooking a garden..gas grill..patio table and 4 chairs... beautiful beaches are 5-10 min away...shopping and resturaunts. Parking is free on-site and off the street.

Bass River -1 BR Condo
The unit was clean, nicely furnished and equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There were plates, silverware, glasses, but no cooking items, such as frying pans or pots. The manager of the unit was extremely helpful, the grounds were nicely landscaped, and the pool is a great amenity. I would definitely recommend to others.
