Our week in PARADISE!

After a full day of traveling it was so nice to arrive to a clean lovely villa with Everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. With the pool just outside the door and the beach just a few steps away we really did feel like we were in paradise. Although we enjoyed our time going over to Atlantis it was very nice to come back and enjoy the mellow relaxing atmosphere of the sunrise Beach resort.
Working with the owner was as easy as I could imagine and he was so helpful to make suggestions like food delivery which I could never have even thought of ahead of time.
Our family had a great experience and we hope you will too! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for the week.

The best place to stay in Paradise!

I have stayed at this unit previously before it was renovated and had a great time. Now that it has been thoroughly renovated it is even more comfortable than before. All the amenities and conveniences of home with one exception - when you stay here you have the pool and the beach just outside your door! I would never stay anywhere else on Paradise Island. This condo has the best of both worlds. No busy elevators to wait for and you never have to fight for a good lounge chair around the pool. Then if you want more activity, just take a walk to the beach or to nearby Atlantis. Every bedroom has a flat screen tv and a computer in the condo as well which is very convenient. The condo itself is nicely located between Atlantis and the Ocean Club so easy to walk around. A nicely renovated grocery store just across the bridge makes it easy to stock up on supplies. If you don't feel like cooking there is Viola's bar right on the premises which is handy for a bite to eat or a tropical drink. I have been coming to Paradise Island for years and Sunrise Beach Villas is the best place to stay and this 3 bedroom - 2 story condo is the most comfortable, it's like a home away from home.

John assisted us in getting our groceries in due to our flight delay. We arrived at 9:30 pm and it was great to have the food in the refrigerator and all put away. Never had this good of service. Wonderful location.

A wonderful experience

My family and I had a great vacation in the bahamas! We have always stayed in hotels and I can say that when possible we will not be doing that again. The villa was wonderful! The entire place was clean, and comfortable. There was a small problem with ants but the woman who was cleaning the villa when we arrived quickly to care of the problem. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is considering staying at Atlantis or on Pradise Island. It is well located and in walking distance to everything either by beach or by the road. The facility itself is well maintained and everyone is very friendly!

This was our first time in villa 15. We rented 12a last year. The villa is beautiful. Renovations were top notch. John spared no expense in making this villa a desirable vacation spot I would rent again, hopefully next year. We met a lot of people from Canada that wanted to take a tour of the villa, they were very impressed. I'm sure they will be contacting John next year to rent. My only concern is that so many people were interested, that we may loose our week to rent next year. Our over all experience was great.

Incredibly pleased traveler!

I recently stayed in Sunrise 15 with 5 other friends. We had an absolutely amazing time. The villa was beautiful! The location of it within the resort was perfect as well. The pool is literally right off the back patio. The owner was easy to get in touch with and quick to answer all of my questions even while we were on our trip. The restaurant/bar on site is staffed with wonderful people. The resort as a whole is simply surrounded by friendly people. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to travel to the Bahamas. I will surely be going back as well!

Wonderful Large Family Vacation!!

Where do I begin!! We rented all 4 of Johns properties and we had a fabulous time! This unit is by far the best unit and I am biased because it was mine!! The furnishings are wonderful and direct pool access with steps to the beach! As we were 4 families logistics within all the units was a little challenging also a few maintenance issues but John was all over it! He was quick to get our concerns resolved! I would recommend coming back and staying here!
I did a lot of research on this trip and found that bring some of our breakfast items was a great idea! Ordering online really was not the best for us we realized when we made another supermarket run that the surcharge for online ordering was ridiculous!
Right on the beach my husband took the kids out on jet ski and got a great price probably because we were such a large group!
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating never had an issue!
Atlantis was right down the street and if you go after 6:30 you can walk thru the aquarium for free!
We opted for Blue Lagoon island dolphin encounters for our excursion and were not disappointed at all! If you don't want to interact with the dolphin you still get a great view! We spent the day on the island and the kids loved the water course it reminded them of the show wipeout!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and are still feeling refreshed! The unit is in a perfect location as it provides the options to go swimming in the pool that is located amlost 20 steps out the sliding door, or stroll in the other direction that have steps leading down onto the beach. Whichever is wonderful!
For the interior of the unit, it is quite nice, but there are things that still need to be addressed. Considering it has recently undergone rennovations, it has a strong smell of sheet rock dust in the bedroom with the two single beds. For us it was no problem because we really didn't need this extra room, but for others it may be. The other thing is when we first arrived we opened the door and was presented with 12-15 people roaming throughout the house trying to clean up from all rennovations that recently occurred. They did the best they could, but were really pressed for time considering we wanted to get in and begin our vacation.
The owner himself was very kind and did anything in his power to address our concerns while being at a distance. All-in-all....we would definitely rent this again :)

Owner's Response: Thank you for your positive response. This is the 4th place at Sunrise we have acquired and a challenging renovation that was essential. We hoped to have it all cleared up a few days earlier. However we did the kitchen and the final bathroom in the final leg of renovation and the place presents itself a lot better. Of the 4 places all listed on VRBO it has been an exciting renovation- with earth tones and unusual art decor throughout.
You are on the beach and in the pool in seconds and we welcome repeat visitors to this labour of love, which now has the ingredients we created at the other 3 -with some Asian-Tropical influence as has some of the others.

The villa is in an excellent location and just a few steps from a very nice and uncrowded beach, with Atlantis just down the street via a five minute walk. The accomodations were very nice and the only reason I did not rate the property as excellent is because it is still undergoing some minor renovations. (basically, the property has undergone extensive renovations over the past few months but there are still a few minor loose ends that remain in process). As soon as the kitchen (functional and clean but has outdated cabinets and appliances) downstairs bathroom (functional and clean but outdated) are renovated, the unit will be like new. Most, if not all, furniture and bedding is brand new. It was also convenient to have free calling back to the states.
The owner is very accomodating and responsive and made certain that any inconveniences we encountered were promptly addressed and that we were cared for. Once all the remaining minor renovations are completed, this place will be extremely nice and if I ever return to Paradise Island, I would certainly stay there again.
