Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5)

Wonderful views of the ocean and the sunsets fill the livingroom every day. The condo is about 1300 sq feet. It is the first floor unit of a 3 unit building.

The unit is totally redone with travertine flooring and tile. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. Above the fireplace is a 42 in HD TV built into the wall complete with sound system and hd cable. The ocean can be viewed from every where in the livingroom and kitchen.

The master has a large fully rebuilt bathroom suite with walk in closet. The bed has a miracle foam posturpedic mattress in a king size frame. There is a tv and cable for use in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet and tv with cable.The second bathroom has been newly remodled with state of the art fixturs and shower.The third bedroom is an office with a queen sized sofa bed.

The place has a washer and dryer, boogie boards,beach chairs and beach towels for your use. The place is located on Prospect Street just 3 blocks from the village, and 1 block from Whale View Point. From the livingroom during the whale season, December to March, you can see whales spout and jump across the horizon.

There is a garage and off street parking available.

This is a great place to stay.

Love this place! I have stayed at this condo a few times now. Perfect combination of a short walk to downtown La Jolla restaurants and activities yet peacful and relaxing as it is just off the main strip. Highly enjoyed waking up to ocean views in the morning and relaxing by the fireplace at night. Central location is also close enough for the Del Mar track season or for heading dowtown. Definitely a part of our families Annual getaway!

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay at the Prospect Street condo. Clean, beautifully furnished, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and lots of room. Excellent location in La Jolla a few minutes walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Lots of stores, restaurants and services nearby, as well as many top-notch attractions within a 15 - 30 minute drive. We found the off-street parking very convenient. Only downside was we were awakened very early each morning hearing the upstairs tenants getting ready for work, but never heard them at other times throughout the day or at night. Nice quiet neighbourhood.
