This property is all it says and more. The house is beautifully decorated, everything is in perfect working order, and tastefully appointed. The pool, pool table, and putting green are great fun additions, and the Wii and large screen TV along with board games kept everyone entertained. The backyard has plenty of seating for all, and tons of dishes and silverware accommodate a large crowd.

We found the bypass to the strip through the airport to get us there in less than 10 minutes, with virtually no traffic. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, washer and dryer were welcome, and the ability to park in the garage was great.

This was a fabulous home, and we will be back, NO DOUBT about it. Thanks Michelle!!

It was wonderful. We have stayed at other rentals in Vegas and Encenada, but this was by far the best. The large living room, kitchen and sitting area made it perfect for my family and I to have fun while on vacation and waiting to go back to the strip. Because the house had everything (it was like stying at a friends home), we didn't need anything.

The pool table was great because we (the men) could play and have fun while we waited for others (the women) to get ready. We even bought hot dogs and carne asada and bar-b-que'd on Sunday, just like we do at home.

I have told all of my friends about the wonderful experience and suggested that if they go to Vegas with more than 3 people, they must get this home rental as the value far exceeds the price compared to any hotel/casino on the strip.

We will surely be in contact again for our next vacation.

AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! My husband, 5 kids and I stayed for 13 nights...while in Las Vegas for the National Finals Rodeo....The welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived was a very nice gesture!
The home is absolutely beautiful...
The home is very roomy, spacious and the kids had room to roam. There are toys available for the kids to play with, the grill was used daily, along with the pool and hot tub :) :) :)
The home is easy to find, easy to navigate around town, close to Walmart, and grocery stores, mall and the Thomas & Mack Center.
Our family can't praise Michelle and Drew enough for the beautiful home they have put together for families traveling to Vegas....we'll be calling them for our future travel arrangements again. It was a pleasure to meet Drew as we left town too. Thank you for helping make our trip less stressful, and more of a home rather than a long two weeks!!

The pictures and description accurately reflect the location. Quiet, relaxing, clean and spacious. It provided plenty of room for our family as we prepared for a wedding and included all of the amenities that were needed plus thoughtful touches we discovered once we arrived. The neighborhood is safe and provides a good area to walk. Waking up to the sound of a waterfall is a wonderful way to begin the day!
A rental vehicle is essential as taxi service from here to the Strip is extremely limited!

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and everything went off without a hitch. We were very impressed. The house offered a nice quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the strip and had everything we needed. It isn't a five star resort but was comfortable and offered all the amenities we needed.

We could not be happier or more satisfied with our stay at this incredible vacation home! We went to Vegas with our boys (16 and 12) to enjoy spring break and see family and friends. We wanted rest, relaxation, a great time, and prviacy. We got it!

We all had an amazing time. Everything was just what we were looking for--very private pool/spa/back yard area; quiet neighborhood; great amenities. The pool / spa was perfect! The kitchen and patio were were the central spots when company came and we never felt crowded--able to entertain with ease. The pool is not 'deep' (4+ feet?) but families with small children not able to swim might need to be watched closely.

The 'welcome basket' and book of answers (instructions) were great. Questions or problems that arose during our stay were answered/taken care of immediately with one simple phone call. The house was in great shape, very comfortable, clean, plenty of everything (was GREAT to have a washer/dryer!)

Perfect location! Close to grocery, shopping, the airport, and the strip. We went to a show and drove the strip and got there with no difficulty. The house is located close to most attractions. Because of it's location, it's very easy to navigate your way almost anywhere. We're not very familiar with Vegas, but my cousin who has lived there 23 years said we were in a very nice residential part of town / beautiful area. We felt incredibly safe -- never once a concern. The garage was also a great benefit for our rented car.

The only 'problems' (if you could even call them that) were a few very minor 'upkeep' issues that I contacted the owners about once we returned home. Again, I heard back from them almost immediately, thanking us for the information. Truly awesome owners! Great about replying to all my questions from the first contact (questions about the property, etc., prior to booking) to my last email to let them know how much we enjoyed our stay.

It was the perfect vacation! My only recommendations would be to possibly provide a video game system or a few board games, and maybe some new pool cues and putters....some standard cleaning supplies would be helpful for those who have a longer stay. We brought our Wii and laptop (the wireless connection was much appreciated!!) Two days were really cold and windy so we stayed in, watched movies, and played Wii. Was a great time!

If we return to Vegas, I would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for everything!

We stayed here in January and were extremely happy with all facilities and the general setup of the house. It was spotless when we arrived with a welcome pack of nachos, popcorn and soft drinks on the table when we arrived.
You'll need a rental car as its 10 minutes drive from the strip but in a nice, secure neighbourhood. Theres good stores nearby for anything you'd need but best thing was all the facilities, great pool and hot tub, massive TV and all the comforts of home. We normally stay in a hotel when in Vegas on Business but will not do so again after this experience,

My family stayed at this house over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was in an excellent location making it easy to get all around town. The house was very clean, nice, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. I would definitely recommend this house and stay in it again the next time we go to Vegas.
