Great Location, Nice Apartment

The location couldn't be better for this apartment - quiet tree-lined street, but close to shops and restaurants. The owners are very nice and accomodating, and the apartment is kept very clean. The building has an elevator and feels very safe. We' ve stayed here twice and plan to again!

Perfect location for a week stay in NYC. Nice quiet little tree lined street - away from the main tourist areas but in easy walking distance of West Village shops, restaurants, bars and subway stops.
Apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owners very helpful and accomodating.
Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I decided to rent this apartment for our 10 days stay at NYC and definetly our expectations were fullfilled. Dawn and Gibson are very kind and helpful and when we arrived they were waiting for us to explain us everything related with the apartment and the neighbourhood. The apartment is very nice and clean and its location is excellent, just a few bolcks away from the underground and many tourist atractions.
The four bottles of beer inside the frige was an excellent touch!! je.

Everything about this little apartment was perfect for us--clean, nicely supplied with milk, juice, etc. which was a surprise, tastefully decorted, and quiet. Only a short walk to the underground in several directions. We would like to return.

Just a short email to say a big Thank You for the use of your apartment over Christmas.
We had a great time in NYC and your apartment is very well placed for soho, shopping, chinatown, little italy etc. and its only a short taxi ride uptown to Times Square, Central Park etc.
There are lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment and the choice of shops in the area is fantastic.
The apartment is cosy for two people for the time you spend there but the best thing about it is the location.
Hand over was easy when we arrived, and being able to just leave the keys and get a taxi to the airport when we left was great.
I am happy for you to use this testimonial or refer any other interested parties to me so I can give them a first hand appreciation of the apartment and what the local area has to offer.

Excellent Apartment & Location

This apartment was truly perfect. Great size apartment for two people. Has a cute little kitchen, nice bathroom, eating area and living room space as well. The room was nicely decorated w/ a flat screen tv. They left us a bunch of guide books as well to use during our stay. The week we were staying there, they were filming Law and Order on the street. The apartment is located on a really cute tree-lined West Village street. Perfect location for someone wanting to stay out of touristy Time Square.
I highly recommend staying here. We plan on staying again soon. Thank you George and Dawn.
