Great Get-Away

We had a very pleasant stay at this condo. It has a great view of the pool. The owner offered for us to stay an extra night at no charge...we certainly would have taken her up on that if time would have permitted. I will certainly send business her way!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This was the first time we have rented from a condo and home rental site. We were really impressed. Anne was wonderful!

This condo suited our needs quite well. It has all the comforts of home. One of the pools is close by and the beach within walking distance. The city is also close by and we took the trolley tour which is a good thing to do since you get a pass for three days, can park for free and hop on and off when you wish, at the attractions or to shop for the day.
The owner is very accommodating as well.

I had a fabulous time! The condo is adorable! The owners are very easy to deal with and were even kind enough to let me stay on for a few extra nights at no charge since the condo was vacant. I was absolutely thrilled!

The pictures and description on the website were accurate, the place was clean and quite comfortable. The location of the condo was wonderful - at a quiet end of the breezeway and overlooking the pool. It's also a short walk to the clubhouse if you want to use the computer or gym equipment or borrow a book or jigsaw puzzle from their library.

I'm a woman and was by myself for most of the time, and I felt completely safe. My daughter came down for a couple of days. She's 21 and thought the place was great, too.

With a fully equipped kitchen, I did not eat out much. Sunset Grill on A1A Beach Blvd. was nice and "beachy". I wasn't too impressed with the Hurricane Grill across the street, but I also don't like to judge a place on one visit. Salt Water Cowboys is very close and is on the intracoastal. It's supposed to be good. From previous visits I also recommend Barnacle Bill's for a casual and affordable seafood experience. There is one on A1A Beach Blvd. and there is one in town.

If you like antique shops and thrift stores like I do, you could spend a two or three days just doing that. Mostly in town.

I will definitely recommend this property to everyone I know. It was a great vacation at a great price and I already want to go back!

We had the most wonderful week. The owner was super nice about letting us bring our dog and the condo was clean and neat. With the balcony overlooking the pool it was great for our kids and grandchildren. We didn't like for anything the whole week and we hated to see the week end. Met lots of people there, some permanent residents and some there just for the week like us. My boys made friends and want to go back next year. I had researched for location and price from Fernandia Beach to Daytona and this was a great bargain. The pools are awesome and tennis courts were great (they even had tennis rackets available for use). I would recommend this place for anyone who wanted a quiet relaxing week to enjoy with friends or family.
