Holiday Villas II is a five-star vacation retreat located on miles of white sandy beach. We are located about halfway between Clearwater and Saint Petersburg. Centrally located within an hour of 75% of Florida's most popular tourist attractions.

We feature a quiet family-oriented beach with spectacular sunsets. We are located on Gulf Boulevard, which is about 12 miles west of I-275. The Tampa International Airport is but a 30-minute drive. Busch Gardens is about 45 minutes away. Disney World and Orlando, both offering an infinite number of attractions, are only a one and one-half hour's drive.

Our condo overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and beautiful Tiki Gardens Park. From our front door you are only seconds from the beach or pool.

Activities (on site or nearby): Swimming is available in our Constantly Heated, 86-degrees, Freshwater Pool, the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its Warm Blue Clean Water is at your back door, the White Sandy Beach provides the Perfect Playground for Beach Volleyball, Walking, Jogging, and Looking for Shells, there is Great Fishing on Charter Boats at John's Pass and Clearwater Bay, Good Restaurants are in abundance with a short walk or drive, Lots of Diverse Local Shopping as well as Great Nearby Malls, we are close to Tennis Courts and Several Championship and Executive Golf Courses, Dinner and Gambling Cruises are a lot of fun!

. It is a lovely condo, well furnished and clean and the building has a very relaxed happy atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I will certainly try and come back next year if available. I would recommend to anyone to stop here. The owner is very flexible and good to work with.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us for our vacation. Our family had a wonderful vacation. I love the new furniture and decor you have in the condo it really looks great. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the holiday villas II but it was the first year we have stayed on the that side of the complex and my husband said he likes this side better. We love the Indian shores area it is quiet relaxing and the kids always have a great time it is on the beach but close to everything. Our weather was fantastic too, the best we have had in 3 years. I really hope we can rent your condo again next year.
