This vacation condo was unbelievable. So clean, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom - every little detail taken care of. We drove down but left car in parking space all week because the location was great. Walked up and down Commercial St., rented bikes, went on a whale watch, went to Ptown Art Museum, and took trolley ride thru Ptown. Couldn't believe these condos were three steps from beach and could see beach from all rooms in condo. We cooked in most nights because of the great kitchen. Would love to go back and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Owner was in touch mid week to make sure everything was okay since we were first time renters there (I believe there is a lot of repeat renters and it is no wonder). One of the best vacations in the last 30 years. Off-season is definitely time to go. Weather is still good, but without crowds. Loved it!

As first time visitors to Provincetown, we were delighted with the location and amenities offered by this unit. The weather was absolutely perfect during our
stay and being able to walk right out and enjoy the beach and views was
fantastic. Being located on the west end of Commercial St, you are somewhat
removed from the foot traffic but yet an easy walk to many good restuarants.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I have been coming to Provincetown for 15 summers and have seen the best and the worst. This condo is one of the most charming, Cape Cod-ish and renter friendly I have ever found. The owner has taken great pride in every detail from interior design & decoration, to quality appliances, to top-line linens and the cleanliness of the house is unparalleled. It is exceptional to find a rental in Provincetown where the owner really cares so much about those enjoying the property for only a short time (I stayed one week). This is a real find for a first-time or regular visitor to Provincetown.

I arrived a little later in the evening but walked into a clean, well put together and imminently comfortable condo on the water. Very recently re-done, it had all the amenities and more that I wanted. The next morning I was able to walk right out onto the beach from the deck and every night enjoyed the sunsets. The location is perfect for the nightlife in town (although limited when I went). There was only one other unit rented out when I was there so I had a lot of privacy too. I loved it and would absolutely rent again.

This is an incredible property. Great location, very clean and very pet-friendly. It was the perfect spot for our week in Provincetown. Very close to all the hot spots on the west end of town. The condo had all the amenities we needed and our dog loved the free treats, too. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a week at the beginning of May. The condo was exactly as described and exactly as the photos depicted it. Everything was immaculate and first rate. Believe the other reviews. All I had to do was unpack and begin relaxing.

The week I was there, no one else was around the first five days, so I don't know how typical my experience was, but it was very quiet. I began each morning walking out onto the beach overlooking the harbor and listening to the sounds of the waves and the sea birds. I spent a lot of time reading on the deck, but wandered into town every day, enjoying the large number of shops and restaurants that were already open for the season.

If you're in town more than a couple of days, I would definitely recommend a visit to Race Point Beach and a whale watch. I didn't eat in any of the white tablecloth places, but enjoyed the food and friendly staff at Bayside Betsy's and the Squealing Pig. Cafe Heaven is an aptly named place for breakfast. Joe's Coffee is conveniently located just a few doors down. Far Land Provisions is a great spot for takeaway, with several vegetarian options. And you seriously need to try the malasadas at the Portuguese Bakery.

Lisa was very helpful throughout the rental process and, though I didn't actually get to meet her this visit, I may yet get the chance. Because on my next visit to Provincetown, I would definitely rent this condo again if its available.

We spent nearly a week at this property over the Easter holiday. Our chihuahua Bella also traveled with us and was warmly welcomed with organic treats, towels and blankets.

I can not say enough about this property. Clean, well-equiped and even more lovely than the photos. We were warmly welcomed by everyone in the compound. Step off the huge deck on the the white sand beach. Every creature comfort. High quality finishes, appliances and kitchenware. An easy walk to town. Perfect. PERFECT!

We stayed in this wonderful, cozy cottage right on the beach in the west end a few days in January. Romantic nights in front of the fireplace, days looking out at the beach and water, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, convenience to all the good restaurants, pretty close to heaven.
