Beautiful Main Living Room with Fireplace and Great Views. Downstairs Living Room with Pool Table, Large T.V., Arcade Games, Laundry if needed.
Beautiful Log Cabin, Ski House - in fantastic condition, very well equipped, very clean, very nice leather furniture - has everything you will need, very private. Approx. 10-15 minutes to Sunday River, and a few Restaurants and Pubs.
The owners were a pleasure to deal with thru the entire process.

We couldn't be more happy with our stay at River Ridge Lodge. The photo's and description did not capture this beautiful, extremely comfortable home. It has everything promised and is very well maintained. We already have recommended this property to a friend and can not wait to return ourselves. Eric was so nice to work with and could not have been more helpful. We have three older teenagers, traveling with this age group can be difficult, finding something for everyone is a challenge. They had a blast and suggested we come back again.

My group of 12 guys stayed at this beautiful home for 4 days. The home was very cozy and spacious, even for our large group. The house was very clean and organized and had everything we needed. The pool table and arcade machine were fantastic. The sound bar with iPod hock up in the living room was a nice bonus. We had such an incredible week golfing and staying at River Ridge Lodge. The owners were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again. Would highly recommend renting this home.

I went to the River Ridge Lodge with 12 guys for a guy’s weekend in June 2012. The house is absolutely beautiful. You can tell that the owners keep the house well maintained and up to date; it was exactly what we were looking for. From horseshoes, to the pool table, to the arcade game, there was always something to do. We golfed at the Bethel Village Inn Country Club, which is only about 10 minutes away. The owners were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.

The pictures will never do this cabin, and the location justice. It is absolutely unbelievable! Everything about our stay was first class, beautiful, fun, way beyond our expectations, and the owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. My organization brought up a few folks, and we will surely be returning. I cannot stress enough just how fantastic of a trip we had there, and how these words could never fully explain just what is in store for you if you rent out this place. Thank you, Eric! My friends playing pool. The kitchen sat all ten of us for great family style meals, and the best part was the service. Myself and a colleague forgot a necklace and a pair of reading glasses at the house and the renter returned my glasses to me when the cleaning crew found them! I would suggest this place to anyone and I plan on returning for another dog sledding trip with all my friends next winter!

I arranged a trip to Sunday River for a group of my old high-school and business school friends, and we decided to stay at the river ridge lodge after shopping extensively throughout the New England Mega resort options.

We were absolutely thrilled with the house. Given that the price was extremely competitive for a house that sleeps 16, we were a bit concerned that there was a catch or something, but the house was absolutely fantastic. We ended up with 11 people and were extremely comfortable, and easily could have had a few more join us without feeling cramped. Not only is the house new, and very nice, but it also has tons of fun extras like a retro arcade system, pool table, nice and clean hot tub, etc.

As a side note, while the house is extremely nice, if you're a skier going in winter, you'll probably rarely ever be there, because Sunday River is such a fantastic mountain. I grew up about a half hour from Killington and have skied everywhere in the east coast. Sunday River's diversity and quality of terrain is absolutely the best, and can really only be rivaled by Jay Peak and Sugarloaf. The lines are short, the cruisers are wide and the double-blacks are legit double-blacks.

Our group of 14 embarks every year on a trip in memory of a friend. We have stayed all over New England and have a good idea of the options for rentals of this size. Until we stayed at River Ridge. It's amazingly well thought out design was surpassed only by its well chosen and extremeley comforatable decor. 14 people in a home can be cramped at times but not here. The upper and lower living rooms and the large bedrooms gave everyone their own space all weekend. The kitchen is on the small side but is well compensated by the amount of furnishings. With most houses that we visit, usually some of the perks (hot tub,sauna, pool table, etc.) may work and 1 or 2 may not. Not the case here, all amenities are in excellent working order and in great shape. And the house was clean. Not just cleaned by a cleaning company clean, but clean like Mom just got done cleaning the house clean. Working with the owners was a breeze and they made every effort to help us at all stages. I would recommend this property to anyone, but I fear that it may become too popular because of it's quality.
