I've rented houses in the region for a few years and this one is one of the best. It's located in the Warren village, a couple of miles past the Sugarbush/Mad River ski resorts. The house itself sits a little ways away from the village right on the river. It's half a mile from the Warren Market which caters to all your breakfast and lunch needs on the go. The fully functional kitchen including a diswasher and gas oven suits all your cooking needs. The dining area easily seats 8 along with 2 at the counter. You can also fire up the charcoal BBQ for a very nice cookout right on the river! With three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house can accomodate 8 guests without a hitch. The TV room is separate from the living area allowing for the adults to party it up while the kids watch the TV or a DVD. All rooms face the river meaning that with open windows in the summer, the sound of the river lulls you to sleep...Outstanding! In the summer, it's close to a lot of hiking trails, swimming spots, biking roads and the like, as mentioned earlier, in the winter, it's a great spot for the ski fanatics! The washer and dryer are a nice plus! There are ample parking spots next to the house with the cool of the river in the summer. Clean house, well maintained, great renters, I highly recommend it!
