Fantastic private home on the bay. Central airconditioning Large sliding glass doors open onto your own private bay for swimming, fishing, boating or just watching the sail boats go by. Recently renovated with hard wood floors fully furnished with all amenities. Near Newport with all it's mansions activities and fine dining. Fireplace for peaceful evenings at home viewing the lights from the near by bridge a truly peaceful and romantic setting central air conditioning high ceiling with fans detached garage detached laundry room with additional guest shower.
We purchased this home 18 yrs ago because the water views were breathtaking It felt magical to wake up to the waves in the morning we originally bought this to be close to newport where we vacationed on long weekends although we still go into town often the best part is just relaxing by the bay and being with family
We saw many property's when we were looking but fell in love with the magnificent view the neighborhood is quiet the entire street was once a plantation that was then subdivided into cottages for there families many of these homes have been passed down through the generations we were very fortunate to be able to purchase this
It is centrally located near Bristol really cute town and close to newport which I still enjoy the activities and restaurants

We (My girlfriend Krista and a few friends) rented your summer home on 4 Hall Rd in Portsmouth, RI this last weekend for a wedding and we wanted to tell you that it was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean, the fireplace was amazing and the view was also. We also appreciated that you had a grill available and towels for everyone. It really made the weekend for us.
