This wonderful vaction home was quite a surprise to my wife and I. It looked very charming from the outside but the inside was beyond our expectations.
Everything we could want was at our finger tips. Comfortable furniture, both formal and informal, a complete kitchen, large spacious bedrooms and a huge formal dining room. The large patio would have been great for a BBQ, but the weather was not cooperative.
This home turned out to be a great base for our investigation of Annapolis. We simply walked to some of the finest restaurants and shops. We even took a water taxis across the bay to explore the town and the Naval Academy. Hint. If you want to tour the Academy you will need to have some ID like your drivers licence or they won't let you in.
Make sure to take the time to explore the small back streets and great shops in the town. You will find some hinden treasures along with American history.
This was a great adventure.I can see how couples could us this place for a romatic get away or families could use it for a family reunion. It has all the elemants to have a great time. Oh, by the way, if you like to see come incredible boats, power and sail, this is the place. I think they also have sailing cruises on some gorgeous sail and power boats. My wife is not a sailor but still enjoyed looking.
Simply put...This was a great weekend at a great location and in a great house.
