We enjoyed our stay at La Contessa...the property was very nice .our unit was nicely appointed and the owner was very cooperative on any requests..everything one needs is provided.....great location for getting around the Scottsdale area......we're going back.....Thanks Jo.......

I loved this place! After a horrendous rental experience in 2008, this was shangri-la. We stayed for the month of Feb 09. Very tastefully decorated - the living room furniture, dining room chairs, beds, etc were all very comfortable for a month stay. Hi-speed wireless internet worked well. The kitchen was fully stocked with condiments, spices, dishes, pots, pans and all necessary cooking utensils. Expanded cable and dvd player. Conveniently out the back door across the lawn was the pool, hot tub, and gym - (they even provide beach towels). Covered parking and patio access from the master bedroom or living room. People there are very friendly (lots of year round retirees as well as snow birds), and the pool and grounds were clean, beautiful, & immaculately manicured. Was also convenient to stores, restaurants, Old Town Scottsdale, and the 101 loop. (Walk to the 92nd Street Grill for Happy Hour or dinner.) Maps and all types of brochures for local attractions along with a Frys card for discount on groceries. (Check out the Maricopa County Parks website for desert hiking and ranger talks). There is nothing we did not like about this condo - highly recommended!!!

We were delighted to stay at La Contessa for several weeks in Nov/Dec. The owner/agent are very friendly and helpful. This condo unit is very clean, well appointed and every need we had was provided and looked after promptly. La Contessa is a great community with convenient access to walking trails, shopping and recreation. We met many wonderful residents and visitors during our stay. The pool is great and we never had trouble getting a lounge in the sun. This condo and La Contessa is a great value in a wonderful neighborhood.

Wonderful condo in a great location. The pool and ground at this unit was a Plus! It is close to the pool and work -out room. Gated community very will kept and had everything you could need at the condo. Location was a plus being right in the heart of everything! We 100% recommend this condo and owner to others! As well as will be back for another visit!
