The first word out of the mouths of every person who enters this spectacular space is 'Wow!' It is a stunning, quiet, light filled place within just a block of downtown Harbor Springs.

This two bedroom, two bathroom Main Street luxurious condominium has everything you need for your stay in Harbor Springs. Located in a new building (Victorian style) above a quiet law office with a separate entrance and parking. 1,850 square feet of space is waiting for you to enjoy.

Completely furnished from balcony chairs to silverware including a designer kitchen with a Viking range. The balcony overlooks Main Street and Lake Michigan. The great room has 30 foot vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. You'll find maple floors and kitchen cabinets--luxury throughout this tastefully decorated condominium. Exquisitely furnished; complete kitchen with everything from a mixer, rolling pin, pie plates, and steak knives!

The great room area is spacious and filled with light. Curl up by the gas fireplace and watch TV or enjoy a glass of wine (of course, there are wine glasses!). There are two full baths, each with gorgeous tile work. One bath has a shower, the other a bath/shower. The master suite has a massive walk in closet (and a TV set) and the guest bedroom has two full closets. Yes, there is a washer and dryer.

The downtown business district is just 1/2 block away and the new History Museum is next door. Two beaches are within 3 blocks. A variety of activities are within walking distance--everything from sailing to biking to walking to dining. Five minutes from ski resorts. What makes this apartment unique

This is a gorgeous place--visitors never fail to say 'wow' as they enter the great room. We are located at 365 E Main St, across from the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, and the downtown shopping district is 1/2 block away. Walk to Island Bean or Wooley Bugger for coffee, have lunch at Cornichons or Mary Ellen's and dinner at the Turkeys, New York or the Pier. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away. The waterfront is just a block away. The best compliment we receive for this condo is repeat visitors!

Perfect Place to Stay in Harbor Springs!

We loved staying in this condo during our recent ski trip to Harbor Springs. The location is unbeatable--steps to downtown Harbor and short 10 minute car ride to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. The condo is spacious and gets incredible light, and the view of the water is amazing! The owners were very responsive, answering our questions promptly and even helping us out immediately when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the place. We would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was fantastic! The location couldn't be better as it is situated just a block from downtown and a block from the water. In the past we've stayed in traditional condo complexes and we felt like we were on top of eachother. This condo is spacious, open and the natural light is fantastic! We're planning to extend our stay next year to two weeks.

Great place. Walk to town and 10 minutes to ski slopes. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Only downside is that it doesn't sleep more people. Would stay here again.
