Pool area has ice machine, gazebo, bathrooms and shower. Beach is 50 feet away. We are close to shopping, golf, marina, and dining.
Rental application process : Once you decide you want to rent the apartment: I send you an application which must be approved by the condo association (this is routine and no one has ever been turned down). The board meets on the 1st Monday of each month so the process requires some time so you should account for that in your schedule. For example, if you want to rent the apartment in May, you should file your papers at 30 days in advance. The board and I will notify you of the approval.
The rental fee for the apartment is whatever is agreed upon for that month in addition to 10% tourist tax and a $250.00 deposit.
