Excellent Value and INCREDIBLE Location!
We REALLY enjoyed this villa! It is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures, the furniture was all very comfortable, and the decoration was nice. Everything was clean and in good working order. The kitchen was actually bigger than our kitchen at home. The baby woke me up just before sunrise one morning and sunrise over the golf course/lagoon was AMAZING!
We were a little concerned because of the reviewer talking about "limited supplies" but there was far more than we were used to seeing in a rental. Dish detergent and laundry detergent is more than I'm used to, and there was two bath towels, a hand towel, and a wash cloth for each bed.
We have been to Hilton Head several times and this location is absolutely perfect. Central access to all of Sea Pines, with the shortest walk to the beach (important when you're carrying chairs!). Sea Pines Center and Harbourtown were also easy walks, and everything from South Beach to Sea Pines Circle and Coligny Plaza is an easy bike. Conveniently, the bike rental place is right next to this building. We didn't touch the car until it was time to leave.
All in all this villa was a great deal and the owners were very easy to work with. We'll be back!

Great location, comfortable unit, wonderful vacation!
We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head last week - Sea Pines is an absolutely fabulous place to stay and this unit was perfect for us! Great location with easy access to the beach, bike rentals, and 2 swimming pools. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children and this unit was perfect for us. We walked right over to the Sea Pines Bike Rental on our first day, rented bikes, and rode them all over the island. The villa was a great place to stay. There's a bedroom with 2 double beds, a master bedroom suite, as well as a kitchen and fairly large dining and living room area with views onto the golf course. Everything was very comfortable - the beds were great - and the kitchen has high quality appliances and every gadget that you might need to cook while you're there. The owners are very nice and responsive and very easy to deal with. We had not been to Hilton Head before, nor had we rented through VRBO, and we were very pleased with everything that this villa had to offer.

The Villa was good and the views were awesome. We were very disappointed with the supplies, however. We had just 1 set of towels for the entire week. When our family left, we were grateful to wash their towels and add them to our use. We had just 2 individual packs of dishwasher detergent be use, 1 pack had to be set aside for our exit loading and turning on the dishwasher. We were given only 1 large kitchen trash bag. In order to not attract bugs we took the trash out every evening using our grocery bags. We cook more than eat out and this was very inconvienant for us. Lastly only 1 box of a single load laundry detergent was given. We did not expect tons of supplies by any means. Compared to previous places we have rented for the last 20 years these supplies fall short. On the plus side, I must say that the Owner quickly responded to our inquiries and the reservation and payment process was a breeze. The Villa looked like its pictures, no surprises there. The Villa was clean. This Villa was close to the beach and connection to the Bike paths. It was great to have an elevator to help carry the luggage to the top floor. Sea Pines is a great place.

Great time had by all!
The condo we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was outstanding. We loved the bike trails that ran all around the island and that we could ride along the beach! We had excellent dinners at several spots. My favorite was Red Fish. The fact that it was Heritage Week did not cause any problem. The island never seemed too crowed and we were able to get dinner reservations where ever we wanted. If you are looking to relax, play golf, tennis, or just go to the beach this is the place to go.

Good Location
This unit is in a very good location for golfers and beach lovers. It does need a few upgrades in the furnishings and flooring. I would recommend it higher after these changes have been made.
