This is a beautiful, fully furnished house with large rooms. The neighborhood is on a quiet, low traffic street in Ludlow Park. It is near the Riverdale border, a short walk to the Metro N. train, 5 min. drive to BxM1 and 2 bus. 10 min. drive to Broadway IRT and Van Cortlandt Park. 30-45 min drive to all airports.
Excellent restaurants, horseback riding, Neighborhood House Pool and children's programs, all NYC attractions.

Very big and comfortable house. It was a great stay. Near to all. Recommend it highly.

Big, spacious home, close to city.

Our Family Reunion

This was a great house for our NY family reunion. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Overall the house was in good shape and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever pots and pans we needed. The caretaker Sam, was a great help to us. The only major downfall to the property was having no internet. I have however already recommended this property to friends.
