We were blown away by how beautiful this condo was! The owner is such a talented designer with touches of tropical Hawaii at every corner. It just made our day to wake up every morning to such vibrant colors and such a classy decor. This condo was amazing in every way, starting with the beautiful fruit and goodies basket that the owner left for us the first day. She had us hooked on the local pineapple from day one! This three bedroom, two bathroom unit was perfect for our family of five and we never felt crowded. Every room has a television with a built-in DVD player and that made it a dream for our kids. Our six-yr-old daughter especially loved the ground floor lanai. We felt completely comfortable letting her play in the grassy area just steps off of the outdoor kitchen where my husband grilled almost every night. She met other neighbor kids and they all played for hours outdoors, days on end. The infiniti pool here is also such a perfect place for kids to play and for adults to relax. The beach area is wonderful, as well, with tons of water activities for families. Don't let this unit pass you by, you'll be sorry you didn't get a chance to experience all the wonderful ammenities it holds!

Thank you Eileen for making us so comfortable. Working with you made planning our vacation so easy. Villa 16A was a great value with so many extra's throughout and no extra charge for any of them! The interior was tastefull and beautiful. Beds and furnishings were so comfortable. When we arrived we couldn't believe what a lucky find. We ran from room to room trying to take everything in. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation including our great meals on the BBQ while we watched the sunset. We enjoyed reading the books on the Big Island and made some meals from the cook books. We especially enjoyed the Hawaiian cookies we made. Location of 16A was perfect, very quiet and easy access walk to beach, pools and shopping. We enjoyed visiting sea turtles on the beach every day. Also enjoyed a day trip to the volcano. We will tell all our friends about this one! Thanks again!

Villa 16A was everything it appeared to be on the virtual tours and youtube video! Great home with great looking furnishings and comfortable too. Kitchen was very well equiped, complete with everything we needed and much more. There were so many extra's, spices, zip lock bags, foil, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, Hawaiian bath products, Kona coffee, tropical fruits basket and Hawaiian cookies/nuts... even a bottle of wine! This was the best rental we've ever stayed in and best vacation ever! We walked everywhere... just 1.5 minute walk to the beach and pools, 3 to 4 minute walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream and grocery store. Enjoyed the lanai kitchen with BBQ which we used every day. Saved a lot of money by eating great meals in. We had a family group with 4 adults, 2 children and loved the freedom of being able to walk anyplace we wanted to! We loved the location of 16A, with tropical gardens all the way around it and no parking lots or building to block our views. We used the beach enterance in front of 16A and also through the beach club. Kolea property gardens, buildings, driveways and beach club are all perfectly maintained.

Loved "Tropical Rain Forest" 16A. It is as beautiful as the photos and so comfortable too. I very am picky and my expectations were surpassed! We enjoyed the Waikoloa Beach, saw turtles there every day! We thought it was great that we could walk to shops, grocery store or go for an ice cream. Eileen, thanks for all the welcome gifts too! You made us feel like "welcome home". I can see why you call this the healing place! The colors are very soothing. We plan to come back to 16A... in the fall. Think we found our vacation spot!
