We really enjoyed our stay at your house. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. I felt comfortable and right at home the minute I walked in the front door. We were also blessed with very nice weather while in Orlando. It was very hard to return to this cold weather in Wisconsin.

The house was almost everything promised, but I have to give a negative for only one reason, but it was big for me. The house is listed as wheelchair accessible, but I am a full time wheelchair user and found it not to be wheelchair friendly. The door into the main floor master BR and Bath we too narrow. She shape of the bathroom, the toilet being in a small room, and the narrow shower door that opened toward me made using the bathroom and shower impossible. I had to be lifted in and out of the tub and over to the toilet. We are not young people and this was work. Also the bed is much too high for someone who cannot stand. If you are not in a wheelchair, the house is good. The game room is a bit inadequate, but we never really had tine for that. House was clean, pool was nice.

I am writing to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the English Manor. Everything was just as pictured and the pool with the large lanae was a big hit!!

My husband and I weren't unable to be there, Jim was in the hospital for three weeks with an infection in his lung. We talked daily to the families to make sure they were having a good time and were able to get the information needed to
enjoy their stay.

We all loved the house. It was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. I did call the management and asked them to mail my daughter's winter coat that she forgot and they are going to let me know the cost so I can get them a check and have the coat mailed to us. They were very nice and said it would be no problem. I even explained that we did most of the laundry --- that it was clean and folded on the loveseat -- wanted to save them the effort. The house is very nicely decorated and quite comfortable. We never ran out of dishes or utensils! The cooking pots and pans were more than adequate. The heated pool was very warm and enjoyed by all of us. I will gladly rent this home again. The book of information and basket of coupons and suggestions was a wonderful surprise. There were 3 blenders in the kitchen, however, we could not get even one to work. I do not hold that against the house -- it can happen to the best! I did let management know so that they can replace them. They said they do go through blenders a lot there. Please tell anyone who has any questions they can contact us. We will gladly give an excellent reference.

Your villa was everything we could have expected and more. It provided a great base for all our party.

The Emerald Island complex was excellent and ideally located with the staff all being extremely helpful.



It is our intention to return again in the foreseeable future and based on our experience your villa will most

certainly be our preferred choice.



The quality of the accommodation, furnishings and facilities of the villa were first class and this undoubtedly

was a major contributing factor in the overall experience. The great pool was also well used.

We had a wonderful time at the English Manor. Our group was extremely pleased with the house and could not possibly have asked for anything more. The bedroom set up was perfect for us. The cleanliness of the home upon arrival was perfect . We loved the back deck and pool area and especially the covered lani which came in handy when it rained or when we needed shade from the sun!! All in all our experience at your home was wonderful and would highly reccomend the English Manor to others.
